Umm one thing to add : unlike genshin, wuwa patches only lasts for 1.4vr so after 1.4vr , there will be new region and 2.0vr will start so rerun will be difficult if you really like someone
For someone like Changli where Reso Skill take up like 60% of her main damage then when tuning echo it should be equal or just below Crit/CritD, same with ER, her Liberation is not as important so atk% can easily be higher than ER
@@YunaLiv I'd say yes concerning her liberation damage, that's why is the least important substat. But consider that having your ult up at the end of your combo is gonna make the difference between casting 2 of your forte heavy attack instead of one which is a LOT of missed dmg if you don't. Considering you ult at the end of your rotation, it's important you have enough energy to charge your liberation in one full combo so that you can always get the max damage
@@YunaLiv also the requirements aren't that high as people make it seem to be from what I've seen, getting 130% ER is very easily doable without wasting much on substat rolls in my opinion

If you get one copy with the corals in the shop absolutly. if you have to pull her 3 times, it's possible but you need some clutch luck, I give you my blessing to make it work!💪🏻

They need resonators to STOP relying on crit dmg. Like Yuan wu, Jianxi, and Taoqi. Getting tired of relying on crit rate and ceit dmg. It's not making resonators vary if they can just stack crit rate and crit dmg.

@@Witchact the filters can be useful as guidelines but they don't define 100% what a character is. Take danjin for example who is marked as an havoc dmg buffer and a quick concerto generator (both true of course) yet she is mostly used as a main dps solo boss destroyer!

126 wishes, 6 pity, and I'm guaranted. I'm aiming for some Sequence, if I don't get any that's fine. Also going for her weapon, but only 17 wishes for 11 pity. She'll just have Emerald of Genesis if I don't drop her sword.
The thing about her if you can get her S2 you can rock crit damage echo and crit damage sword at same time. She can go over 300crit damage easily with 80% crit rate with 43311. She require atleast 15sec for her rotation to complete and switched out that's not a burst dps.
@@clefaeries560 my bad they changed her weapon passive to atk% i was thinking this she get ~9% crit from her skill passive and if you 7%crit rate on every echo you get 35% crit rate now add 25% crit rate which lead to final total of 69% crit rate so still not bad since she is not heavily depended on one skill for dmg like jinhsi, so even if you miss crit on some hit her other hits will cover it.
@@user-ww9ww1pp2u burst dps doesn't mean she takes 2 seconds and thats it. The burst part comes into play when you're quickswapping, you go in, do your burst and swap cancel, over and over until you finish your overall "15 seconds" combo. Hope it's clearer like this!
So is Sanhua I’m not getting her for encore. Math suggests that 38>20, and most damage of encore is normal attack. And her outro only lasts for 10s which means encore’s nuke doesn’t get the buff unless you end her liberation state early which, means less damage for encore. That being said team damage of encore + changli isn’t bad at all, in theory
@@FacialFischl yes, of course sanhua is gonna be better for personal damage of Encore, hence why Changli shouldn't be played as a SUB DPS but as you were saying, the team damage of Encore plus Changli is gonna outperform any hyper carry Encore setup
Tbh she seems way too fast to swap cancel lmao. Also apperently Changli + Chixia ends up with with considerably more DPS than Changli + Encore. So if you're like me who really like chixia as a character but can't play her at high level because of how weak she is, now you can. (It MIGHT even contend with the Jiyan+Mortefi+Verina team for the top spot for TOA)
Swap canceling encore and changli will defintly be harder than button mashing on jiyan, her team does have a really high cieling for good execution tho and I love me some challenging gameplay! As for chixia, yes, without any doubt she will make good use of changli and improve her power level easily without any swap cancel shenanagins.
All my prepared echoes for her have double crit but only have heavy and res.lib dmg lol. How much res.skill dmg would you suggest I should get for her?
all the dmg% substat are pretty mid, atk% is always more valuable and tbh if you have double crit you're good to go. of course having more skill dmg is gonna make your Changli stronger but there are no requierements don't worry.

You’ll be fine. Her True Sight Conquer (ground attack) allows you to teleport to enemies even if they run away. And dodge counter will start her next basic atk at Basic 3.
Yes of course, never talked about misinformation, I said misconception, talking strictly about her playstyle what is the best way to play her according to her kit and in my opinion, because I think people just look at Changli's Outro and not the kit as a whole. Still all of the video is just my opinion and as I stated we should just wait for live release for actual in depth testing. Hope that clarifies my view point and the claims in the video!

I mean, she will be as easy/hard to obtain as any other character but there are a lot of places you can farm asterite from depending on how much content did you already do. All I can do is give you my biggest blessing in hope everyone who wants her, will be able to get her!
I get it that it's confusing as not everyone is familiar with her skills names, sadly it would take me an entire video only to talk in depth about rotation so I tried to keep it brief in this one. Once she release I willl fo sure make a dedicated video on her rotations showing them step by step in detail!
Tsch is short for True Sight: Charge, which is kind of her 5th “basic attack” but in mid-air Tsco- True Sight: Conquer. Her 5th “basic attack” on the ground These give her 1 stack on her forte bar. Resonance skill deals dmg and allows her next basic attack to be a True Sight attack. I played around with her for a whole day in story mode so I’m quite familiar with her playstyle. I think most players never realized that her ground True Sight attack teleports her right next to the enemy.
I don't know.. people were like saying she's a main dps that wants field time but with subdps-tier dmg. I hope it's not true.. I want her to kill stuffs as fast as Jinhsi.
In my opinion that's the misconception, she does want a lot of field time but by pairing her up with someone like encore who can quickswap in and out you get some really solid overall team damage. She just doesn't have personal dmg comprable to the like of jinshi but she makes up for it by working in a 2 dps team and also buffing the other dps, making your team damage more valuable overall
You gotta think about these characters by how they deal their damage. Jiyan/ Calcharo/ Xiangli Yao all go into a kind of Second form with their Ults in order to deal consistent damage. Jinhsi is burst damage bc majority of her damage is with her Skill4 and Ult. Changli is consistent damage and doesn’t need to go into any ult form. But her damage is divided between True Sight Attack, skill, forte, ult. So she won’t be doing big numbers like Jinhsi but she’s able to keep up.
Damage wise, she definitely won't be better than Jinshi. But Changli's outro is undeniably going to age like fine wine. Plus she has two other big things going for her! But yeah Jinshi is definitely going to deal much much much more damage.
I never said she would powercreep everyone in the game and anyway, we should wait for her to be live and testing to be done extensivly to find out her actual worth!
she's not going to be broken, her kit is mixed with sub dps kit to buff other character, her damage multiplier is average, just like another standart dps.. kuro focusing changli on fanservice only, like her design & sound effects.. i know she's not out yet so we can't try her, but just from her kit & number of damage multiplier, she's not going to be broken.. if u want broken character, pull for jinhsi or xiangli yao in 1.2

Unfortunately the only resonance liberation damge encore does is her forte heavy attack, which sadly you want to swap cancel so you even lose the Changli buff on it
I will have roughly about 45 pulls when she comes out and at 11 pity, if i dont get her using those pulls, im definitely saving for zhezhi and her weapon
I have a question. Encore's forte heavy attack where she explodes count as liberation damage. Changli would buff that if she has her outro active. But what if during the charge, you swap back to changli not to be vulnerable, does the explosion still get the buff even though you swapped before she exploded or does the buff remove before the explosion?
@@Fact_Check12 unfortunately I'm pretty sure it doesn't carry over, that's the only negative of using Encore, hopefully a better suited option comes out soon

Tierlist in a game like WuWa aren't that useful anyway, A tier or S tier you will be able to do anything you want with the character if you're playing well

Great video!!! I got Jinhsi and I'm not going to lie, she's an atomic bomb. Everything they say about her in terms of power is true. However, Changli has pulled all the strings in me, she's aesthetically irresistible and that's why I'll try to get her as well. I don't care if she ends up being the worst character, either way I'll be happy to have her on my team. And that's the idea right? As long as you're happy with your characters, skills and power take a backseat.

@@Andy_89 I don't know the exact number and we should wait for release to know it but I don't think that's a fair comparison. Changli and Encore are an insanely good pair, they are not meant to be compared on sheer damage numbers as they play 2 different roles
@@ItsSeconds In my Opinion Changli (Main DD ingame tag) should be slightly stronger than Encore , whats the Point pulling a new 5 Star that only delivers a x1.2 for Encore (or x1.25 and in the best Case x1.2 x1.25) But at the same time I don't think it's bad and the powercreep slows down.

Can't speak too much about jinshi as I lost my 50/50 on her but she does seem a bit monodimensional gameplay wise. So excited for changli feeling so intersting and potentially complicated!
Unless you get a garbage low roll, flat atk most of the times outperforms all the damage% buffs as it affects all of your dmg and not only one specific type. sometimes, especially on lower level characters, it ends up being even better than atk%
That's not how it works and I explain it in the video ahah. a sub dps is someone like yinlin who gives you off field damage and requires a small amount of field time to give you a lot of value. Changli needs 15 seconds to perform a full combo and has multiple self buffing capabilities and literally does nothing for you while she is off field except a 10 seconds buff every once in a while.
@@rezin4378 assuming you are saving some free currency if you are that interested on a character to go deep on the banner, with a 100 dollar with first top up bonus plus a even decent amount of saved resources, plus the free copy you get from shop, yes you can get S2 as a low spender

I think you misunderstood the point of a burst dps, she isn't an hyper carry by any means, everything you said is correct. I simply said she will perform better on a team where you share on field time between 2 dps like with Encore or a future Fusion main dps. I do think you can play her as a dps and be fine but I also said in the video thay if you did so you would be wasting a lot of her potential!

Keep in mind that the testing others had done were based on prereleased information. They weren’t misinformed or wrong or they are and you are too.

she is a dps, you can check it on the game menu: galery -> crossing stars -> and filter it to main damage dealer

@@clefaeries560 my bad they changed her weapon passive to atk% i was thinking this she get ~9% crit from her skill passive and if you 7%crit rate on every echo you get 35% crit rate now add 25% crit rate which lead to final total of 69% crit rate so still not bad since she is not heavily depended on one skill for dmg like jinhsi, so even if you miss crit on some hit her other hits will cover it.

The burst part comes into play when you're quickswapping, you go in, do your burst and swap cancel, over and over until you finish your overall "15 seconds" combo.

She'll definitely boost my Encores damage for sure
So is Sanhua I’m not getting her for encore. Math suggests that 38>20, and most damage of encore is normal attack. And her outro only lasts for 10s which means encore’s nuke doesn’t get the buff unless you end her liberation state early which, means less damage for encore.
That being said team damage of encore + changli isn’t bad at all, in theory

Tbh she seems way too fast to swap cancel lmao. Also apperently Changli + Chixia ends up with with considerably more DPS than Changli + Encore. So if you're like me who really like chixia as a character but can't play her at high level because of how weak she is, now you can. (It MIGHT even contend with the Jiyan+Mortefi+Verina team for the top spot for TOA)
Swap canceling encore and changli will defintly be harder than button mashing on jiyan, her team does have a really high cieling for good execution tho and I love me some challenging gameplay!
As for chixia, yes, without any doubt she will make good use of changli and improve her power level easily without any swap cancel shenanagins.

all the dmg% substat are pretty mid, atk% is always more valuable and tbh if you have double crit you're good to go.
of course having more skill dmg is gonna make your Changli stronger but there are no requierements don't worry.

You’ll be fine. Her True Sight Conquer (ground attack) allows you to teleport to enemies even if they run away. And dodge counter will start her next basic atk at Basic 3.

Yes of course, never talked about misinformation, I said misconception, talking strictly about her playstyle what is the best way to play her according to her kit and in my opinion, because I think people just look at Changli's Outro and not the kit as a whole.
Still all of the video is just my opinion and as I stated we should just wait for live release for actual in depth testing.

I get it that it's confusing as not everyone is familiar with her skills names, sadly it would take me an entire video only to talk in depth about rotation so I tried to keep it brief in this one.
Once she release I willl fo sure make a dedicated video on her rotations showing them step by step in detail!
Tsch is short for True Sight: Charge, which is kind of her 5th “basic attack” but in mid-air
Tsco- True Sight: Conquer. Her 5th “basic attack” on the ground
These give her 1 stack on her forte bar.
Resonance skill deals dmg and allows her next basic attack to be a True Sight attack.
I played around with her for a whole day in story mode so I’m quite familiar with her playstyle. I think most players never realized that her ground True Sight attack teleports her right next to the enemy.
I don't know.. people were like saying she's a main dps that wants field time but with subdps-tier dmg. I hope it's not true.. I want her to kill stuffs as fast as Jinhsi.
In my opinion that's the misconception, she does want a lot of field time but by pairing her up with someone like encore who can quickswap in and out you get some really solid overall team damage.
She just doesn't have personal dmg comprable to the like of jinshi but she makes up for it by working in a 2 dps team and also buffing the other dps, making your team damage more valuable overall
You gotta think about these characters by how they deal their damage.
Jiyan/ Calcharo/ Xiangli Yao all go into a kind of Second form with their Ults in order to deal consistent damage.
Jinhsi is burst damage bc majority of her damage is with her Skill4 and Ult.
Changli is consistent damage and doesn’t need to go into any ult form. But her damage is divided between True Sight Attack, skill, forte, ult. So she won’t be doing big numbers like Jinhsi but she’s able to keep up.
Beta testers already said she wont be as powerful as Jinhsi
Damage wise, she definitely won't be better than Jinshi. But Changli's outro is undeniably going to age like fine wine. Plus she has two other big things going for her!
But yeah Jinshi is definitely going to deal much much much more damage.
Actually people have said that Changli will deal more dmg they have tested calculated and studied eve try thing about the two

Yes, but its count as basic atk cuz her reslib is basicly just a transform/buff and didnt dealt any demage

Unfortunately the only resonance liberation damge encore does is her forte heavy attack, which sadly you want to swap cancel so you even lose the Changli buff on it

I have a question. Encore's forte heavy attack where she explodes count as liberation damage. Changli would buff that if she has her outro active. But what if during the charge, you swap back to changli not to be vulnerable, does the explosion still get the buff even though you swapped before she exploded or does the buff remove before the explosion?
No she doesn’t get that buff it states that if you switch out, the buff ends. that’s why chixia is more suitable as a pyro dps to get buffed

I got Jinhsi and I'm not going to lie, she's an atomic bomb. Everything they say about her in terms of power is true.
However, Changli has pulled all the strings in me, she's aesthetically irresistible and that's why I'll try to get her as well.
I don't care if she ends up being the worst character, either way I'll be happy to have her on my team. And that's the idea right? As long as you're happy with your characters, skills and power take a backseat.

Finally good some good character, i regret pulling for jinhsi and her weapon big damage but boring
Can't speak too much about jinshi as I lost my 50/50 on her but she does seem a bit monodimensional gameplay wise.
So excited for changli feeling so intersting and potentially complicated!
Why flat attack?
Unless you get a garbage low roll, flat atk most of the times outperforms all the damage% buffs as it affects all of your dmg and not only one specific type.
sometimes, especially on lower level characters, it ends up being even better than atk%

a burst dps with an amplify outro is literally a sub dps :D
That's not how it works and I explain it in the video ahah.
a sub dps is someone like yinlin who gives you off field damage and requires a small amount of field time to give you a lot of value.
Changli needs 15 seconds to perform a full combo and has multiple self buffing capabilities and literally does nothing for you while she is off field except a 10 seconds buff every once in a while.
her weapon buff only last 10 seconds. imagine you got buffed up and the enemy went up to the sky or climb a pillar. 10 seconds is way too short

I simply said she will perform better on a team where you share on field time between 2 dps like with Encore or a future Fusion main dps.
I do think you can play her as a dps and be fine but I also said in the video thay if you did so you would be wasting a lot of her potential!
