Heavy rain, hail and flash flooding concerns in Moab

Weather has struck Grand County again, this time closing the entrance to Arches National Park and flooding some roads in nearby Moab.

The destruction to local gardens and fruit trees is truly sad. The hail was pingpong sized at my parent’s home.

The Grand County commission needs to get their priorities straight and stop fighting law suites against contractors builders and wasting money on trails and “left” priorities. If they would stay in their lane and worry about infrastructure this might not be as bad. In 2022 we got a warning from nature that this could be the new norm
