I was just checking the ingredients and most of their products contain protein, using too much protein continuously when your hair doesn't need it can lead to protein overload - one of signs being it feels like hay. That could be it 🤔 I do have some videos about this on my channel and a playlist called protein/moisture balance that might help ❤
