My home town is extremely safe too. I can sneak out at 2am and it's still the safest place ever. For anyone wondering, I live ln a small island south of England. It's so safe and cosy and just full of sweet elderly people or friendly teenagers my age, and during the summer it's just amazing. @@mattcaesar5781 Its common because the night life in Seoul is very real. Most business are open 24 hours a day, you commonly see "24" on signs outside restaurants' and shops. If they aren't open 24 then they are open until 4am, so waking up late or in the middle of the night and going to a convenience store to get food happens a lot and the food at those stores is really high quality. For reference a night out in Korea doesn't usually start until about 9 or 10pm and usually ends around 9am the next day. So you commonly find people out at all times and commonly going to places like this to eat :) hope this helps!

Don't u know South Korea has an extreme gender conflict. South Korean men and women are extremely divided. Things that happen in South Korea is untellable. I can literally walk around at 3 am at parks and have nothing happen to me here but in usa you walk in a park in broad daylight and some weirdo already tries hitting you up.
