I'm not getting the tiara to drop I even have the same party build as you. And I upgraded the catalog and everything. How often should the tiara drop from this fight when the connoisseur catalog is equipped and fully upgraded? Does it make a difference that lightning and snow have a tiara equipped?

Its a very rare drop. Takes time and rng 😖
I did the same and still can't get a tiara from mission 7 drop even with the Connoisseur Catalog.
