I feel that, man. There's been only one time that I did a run from start to finish without dying, and the only explanation I have (considering the game's difficulty) is that God helped me through it.
The fact that using the Casey to bat the old king’s chancellor into the king kills him instantly is amazing. Because that means that that does at least 1000 damage and bypasses the dps cap.
Edit: I'm gonna list the tips as I watch the video. (note i need them too so i'm just listing what he says) 1st: Character choice. Marine is good for starting. Convict has good damage but isn't good for starting. 2nd: Controller or keyboard? Controller has better movement, but keyboard has better controls (to me) and better accuracy. 3rd: Dodge rolling, part 1. Dodge rolling only gives you invincibility frames for half of the roll. 4th: Remember to pet the doggo if you are playing as hunter or found him, as he is a *very* good boy. 5th: If you've killed a past, you can pray at the old hero shrine at the first room in the Keep of the Lead Lord, which gives you 9 curse. Curse makes jammed enemies appear more often, and they drop more money and have a higher chance to drop ammo. 6th: Counting shots on enemis can help a lot, for example; Bullet Kin on the first floor take 3 shots with a starting weapon, 4 on the next. 7th: Every single shop has at least one key. Make sure to check the shop when you're low on them. 8th: If you haven't found a weapon before killing the floor's boss, he'll always drop a weapon, so you'll get one on each floor lest you die. 9th: Make sure to turn beastmode on since it unlocks a weapon if you beat the game with it. 10th: Go to the secret floors, they're free loot. If you don't know how watch videos on them. 11th: Secret rooms/chambers/whatchamacallits. There's a secret room connected to the floor, but it's hidden by a fake wall. You can't go through the wall, but firing at it with a weapon that has limited ammo will reveal a crack. Using a blank will then open the secret room. (Note that you can still open it with a blank even if you didn't reveal a crack. 11.5th: Chest rooms usually have secret rooms, it's worth firing at the walls of them because of the immense chance for a secret room to be next to it. 12th: Brown chests have decent passive items, and some good active items, but mostly trash guns. There are always 2 chest rooms on each floor: one has a gun, and the other has a passive/active item. If you open, say, a green chest *IN A CHEST ROOM* that contains a gun, it's likely worth opening the brown chest if you can spare a key. 13th: Try to beat bosses without getting hit, as you get a master round which gives you an extra heart container. These are very important for later on. 14th: Destroy chests you don't open, always. Junk is a free 3 cents to the sell creep, but also can be used for a free armor at the junk shrine. Make sure not to stand too close though, because it could explode and hurt you if standing close.
I never thought about it that way. Once I got over my fear of the gattling gull boss the flawless was significantly easier, and if not the one hit only was consistent. The fear factor was not something I considered. Thanks for your wisdom.

Two days ago I've killed the Dragun and thought that the game was over, couldnt even think that it's so much more that just 5 levels with few sercet rooms. I have a question though, do you think that a good run is generally RNG-based or you can do all that with stuff like Lil' Bomber and Shell, for example? Cuz the game got extreme amount of guns and passives and not most of them are any good in mid-late game especially.

I don't know if you will see this because I am very late but I am having trouble knowing when should I concentrate on the enemy and when to look at my character ... Do you have any tips for my situation PS : Absolute amazing video I learned a lot ( especially the part about manipulating the bosses drops will be very useful in future runs )
For the default, you should look about 1/4 distance (favoring your character sprite) between you and the enemy/bullet's you looking to kill or avoid, that way, the more danger you are in, the more clearly you can see it as it gets closer. You will need to look elsewhere, but in general, not looking directly at your character, just ahead provides the most optimal decision making with vision imo, you will learn what is in the distance to just randomly shoot into the void to kill over time anyway ^^
You will need to look around as you please for different reasons, but the 1/4 thing helps train your peripheral vision to help you make decisions better for the things you ain't directly looking at ^^

I have a question though, do you think that a good run is generally RNG-based or you can do all that with stuff like Lil' Bomber and Shell, for example? Cuz the game got extreme amount of guns and passives and not most of them are any good in mid-late game especially.
does destroying everything in the room give you stuff?
Literally just finished the game. Beat the dragon with marine. Thank you so much. Onwards and upwards more characters past. I now know it is do able. Class A grade video and laughed at your jokes a lot as well.
1:11:40 naahhh, they took exactly from Metal Gear Solid Solid Snake Rex Fight. Its spot on!! I really hate that they did this
You pay amazing dude!!! Learning SO much!!
How can such a small youtuber/twitch streamer be so pog
Man I found a room after the starting room there was a water barrel and the room under was the fireplace so I unlocked the room and I was gonna go back to it when I got 2 keys and the next room had a key kin such good rng
Update I had nearly died going into the room and then died to the rolling spikes thinking there was space for me to move
There are no bad weapons?
So I guess I was wrong about the pilot starter
You gave the first master round to the rng dept level. Along with the guon stones.
Is this sped up? He seems to. Be moving way faster than normal
turbo mode ^^
Troy the menu
@Troy One of the characters that you can free in chamber 3 - they turn it on and off
very late but that is a kevin as you can see at 1:27:47 with the red tie
I was screaming noooooo at the screen as he's walking out of the shop leaving gun friendship lol. Like it even mattered.
The complexity is way more then I imagined
Im glad im not the only one that feels wierd not in turbo mode
I'm still trying to survive the paradox gunslinger double run. I've made it to lich with the gunslinger twice, and died. I can't imagine turbo.
Yesterday at half 9 I beat enter the gungeon with the marine the relief I got was unreal
24:00 Lowercase R, imo, as w most guns, can be the gun for your run w the right items, though by itself, it's just cute.
I don't know if you will see this because I am very late
but I am having trouble knowing when should I concentrate on the enemy and when to look at my character ...
Do you have any tips for my situation
PS : Absolute amazing video I learned a lot ( especially the part about manipulating the bosses drops will be very useful in future runs )
You will need to look around as you please for different reasons, but the 1/4 thing helps train your peripheral vision to help you make decisions better for the things you ain't directly looking at ^^
Also, thank you for the kind words, its always my pleasure :)
@@LetsSufferTogether thank you you so much for the reply ( a VERY fast one , almost like you were ready for it ) now with your lovely video and this reply I will be able to play the game more so we can all ...
*Suffer Together+
@@amgdeg4897 This video got a lot of traction since Epic gave it away for free, so been keeping a keen eye on it for people who enjoy these kinda games :)
Great video but I was just wondering, do you need to reveal the crack in order to find the secret room? Or can you just blank
How are you able to see so much of the screen? I started playing recently and I feel like you've got so much more visibility than I do
Hmmmmmx maybe not fullscennz but windowedz and mess with me the size of the box, otherwise its resolution. So many separate res,s is hard to get it right
This guy is high as hell. I love it.
How the fuck you know that XD Back then I was smoking a lot, now I smoke about once every few month :) A lot better times for me :)
@@LetsSufferTogether Bro I hear the lighter and the pauses every 15 mins lmao. Good for you tho bro. I'm enjoying the legal kush here in Canada. Hope it comes your way soon.
Damn! This guide helped me alot, your a legend!
got lich first try with this video 👍
I am usually not a fan of games that require EXTENSIVE research/homework. However, I can see why people love this game. I think it would be exponentially more difficult to teach an A.I. how to play this game vs chess.
ONLY 3160 SUBS? bruh thats sad you are good
Helpful, learned quite a lot of new stuff
You missed a mimic in the oubliette bottom blue chest
At around 55 hours I finally took down the Dragun. While this made me feel accomplished...now the real journey starts. Shit.
How do you turn on the reticule when you’re using a controller? I’ve tried fiddling with the settings and searching, but no luck
It is in the settings, can't remember specificly what its refered to as, but i think its in the gameplay settings and not controller. Definatly worth a good look at each of the settings, i THINK its above or around the 'controller look' bars
It’s a setting called cursor
Such a good video. You is a funny boy. Lol @ the lighter clicks on the start of each level
Anyone know why he wouldn't take heart pieces and save for later?
