    Absolutely amazing!! Such an incredible species! I have 25 of them in my collection but to witness one actually on socotra island would be out of this world!

    they are so beautiful spiders I wish I could have a communal group of them but they are quite expensive and I could only afford one. she did turn out to be female tho 😅

      Even if you had the funds, you couldn’t successfully pull off a communal group with these tarantulas or any other species of spiders for that matter. Spiders are natural cannibals, and highly territorial minus mating season and towards their own offspring for the short time period they’ll even tolerate them. I see people make this mistake all the time not just with tarantulas, but animals period.
