I believe the yellow food item hanging in the shop at 2:15 is called Buddha's Hand (aka Citron) and it has a bitter-sweet, bright, and floral flavor that is primarily used as a zest for flavoring sweet and savory applications. Thank you once again for a quick tour of Singapore and what it looks like during the Chinese New Year. Very interesting. A lot of hustle and bustle with the associated colors, music, and noise. China town looks cool there Teoh, we have a china town in state I live in as well, there are lots of people but not crowded in the food malls like it usually is you said the lines are ;longer for certain food places, i like your sketch is this a more loose sketch or more taught? the colors are happy and pop! thanks for a good video , from Sherbear
