      You will still need to enter your bookings into the CRM your host uses in order to get paid since they pay you through their system. As far as client communication and managing payments no you don’t have to use your host CRM.

Most independent agents occasionally may still use a host agency when the commission rate is higher through the host. Thanks Travel Babe CEO for your site here. Hello ! If you don’t use their crm then how is the agency getting paid . Are you just sending their part of commission over after each client pays ? I’m curious because I would like to use my own websites and things like that as well :)

    • @TheTravelBabeCEO
      @TheTravelBabeCEO  Рік тому +2

      No I use their crm for entering my clients bookings that it. So when I have a booking I enter the required information for my host to track the booking. CRM stands for client/customer relationship manager, in regards to that I use my own system. So tracking payments, communication with my clients, proposals, etc. is all done through a CRM my host doesn’t use.

      @TheTravelBabeCEO  Рік тому +2

      Hi sorry for the delayed response, I’ve been on vacation in Costa Mujeres. My host has two options $20 and $40 a month. The $40 membership is needed if you want agents to work underneath you. There is also the yearly license fee I think that is about $50. Certain states require you to have seller of travel license.

      You mentioned having people under you.

    • @TheTravelBabeCEO
      @TheTravelBabeCEO  Рік тому +3

      @@aliciaholloway7182 Typical multi level marketing focus on bringing new people in, in order to make money. No I do not operate this way. I make money by booking my own trips and building my business around my clients not employees or recruits. You can have agents under you and take a percentage of their commission if that is the structure you choose. For me, as mentioned it is mom and sister and I don't take out of their commission. The reason I asked them to join me is because I didn't want to focus on cruises but I want to still have a presence in the cruise booking sector, I enjoy booking All inclusive resorts. So, to answer your question no, but you can. Hope that makes sense for you.
