My husband (he’s a heavy equipment mechanic) doesn’t really care a lot about my “dust collectors” lol. Until I brought home a gorgeous little uranium glass tumble up set. I sell on EBay and I was thinking I could make a good profit on it. He was blown away with how thin the glass was and the shape (just a simple classic shape) and then I pointed a black light at it. I’m not allowed to sell it now and he is currently slightly obsessed with uranium glass 🤣
I watch you faithfully. Stay at home single mother and you have inspired me to learn as much as I can so I can to try and be a reseller. Your an inspiration 💙
Same! I HAVE sold kinda part time before a few years ago and I averaged around $500 a month. You can do it! It’s work! But a lot of fun! I was raised with antiques-going to antique stores so I feel like I have a good idea about stuff…and so far, Jocelyn is my FAVORITE YT’er! I learn a LOT from her!!! She knows her stuff! Then I recommend when you run across stuff-maybe even stuff you like-or write down names she talks about and do your own eBay research! You learn a lot that way too! Good luck mama!!!
Jocelyn, I just wanted to let you know, I have been watching you since day 1, I have learned so much from you and I’ve finally got the confidence to rent a booth at a local antique store here in Michigan, and honestly speaking you have inspired me to go for my dream…I will let you know how I do🥰
To figure out percentage of in your head, always start with 10, 10%… so10% off $175 is 17.50, to get to 25%. Just multiply that number by 2.5, so 17.50 x 2 is $35 then half of 17.5 is about $9… add that to $35=$44 … that’s your total discount. 175-44= 134 … it seems like allot of steps but is so easy to do it in your head when you always start with 10…
I remember my best grandma always having a glass of water by her bed. She never thought she deserved nice things. I would have gotten her a tumble up. Regrets remembered as we get older.
4:29- Maxfield Parrish! Yum! Do you ever look through magazines and books for his artworks? You know he did everything from his beautiful prints to calendars, magazine illustrations- lots of gorgeous things!
Hello Jocelyn. I love your videos and watch them regularly. You are obviously very knowledgeable about vintage and antique objects and I have learned a lot by following your channel. I am Italian so I think you will probably not mind if I tell you that the Empoli glass bottles and bathroom containers you like so much are pronounced Empoli with the accent on the initial E . It’s like when you say “ empty” ….say Empoli with the same accent on the e and not on the o which is very short. Empoli is a beautiful southern Italian city. Anyway , hope you find that useful! Hugs!
Love everything you found, I wouldn't be able to let the little turtle pen holder go. You really could put him on your desk. He would look super cute.also, so much amazing glass. Love it all. Thanks for all you do to get these great videos for us all.

I get so nervous something is going to break in your basket or cart. I want to hand you some bubble wrap to protect everything. Seems like there is never anyone around to help you get things like in that cabinet?
I love your videos, they are a must for me every night before I go to bed after a long day. Regarding the doll, there was a Barbie doll from the 60s with dark hair and bangs very similar, though I have never seen one with writing directly on the doll. I loved that green bunny.
BUT before the Antique Shop i Lemoyne; DO NOT GIVE UP ON GOODWILL! I want to say I am sorry Joselyn if I led you and viewers in the wrong direction about Glassy Baby. As corrected by Danni, the GW workers who are removing them to sell on Ebay is happening in her Las Vegas area . As far as she knows the practice is reginal only, so Joselyn, you may still, actually find a glassy baby in any of your regional Good Wills. So here's to more happy hunting in the wild!! Good Luck!!
Jocelyn Danni the Niche lady would love that turtle it is amazing .brill shopping today love everything you got .Marie from Ireland .( im addicted to your video's )

Have you ever considered doing a DIY video to show us how to rewire a lamp? I would LOVE that.
That is a fabulous idea! I would love to see that as well.

The cat next to the bunny was old an McCoy piece that I’ve been wanting forever!
That 80s textile art piece is amazing!
The unusual fabric art sculpture looks like a futuristic and sleek hot dog in a bun, like something out of “The Jetsons”!
I love to go along shopping with you! One of my absolutely favorite thing is brown drip...I don't own 1 piece of it but my Aunt that I spent half the summer with when I was a kid had a ton of it and I always loved it! Thanks for taking us with you and your got amazing stuff today!

You have plenty of help that can help rewire stuff for you too.
Wow! You found a lot of awesome things today.

Great to watch... one thing.. that last satin Tumble-up... the 'glass' part looked a little ragged on the rim. I could be wrong. I hope I'm wrong.
Thank you for always taking us with you when you shop. I love going through the shelves with you. The white Japanese cat was adorable. Greetings from Malta

Wow, you’re just cranking this videos out faster than MCU movies. I just can’t keep up with them all!
Can you actually light and burn those lucite candles or are they just for looks?
They are just decorative. It would destroy them to light them.
