There were a lot of Contributing factors to the fall of Tsar Nicholas II including Conspiracy by Russia's enemies, Betrayal by Russia's Jealous 'friends', Incompetent Advisors to the Tsar, Blind faith in Religion over rationality and most important Nicholas II's short sightedness and bad timing of making decisions. There was a Jew element to it too. Jews who wanted to see Russian Empire fall apart, but those were not that many, but those who were involved, was in Powerful Positions like Lenin, Trotsky, American Jewish Bankers etc.

There is no "concentration" of Cohanim blood. It is not autosomal. It is a Haplogroup /lineage. You either have it, or you don't. Haplogroups only make up about 1% of someones whole ethnic makeup.
