Thanks for the interesting video! If one knows about the missing red colour, it is pretty easy to notice. So, do you have all four stamps with the missing colour, but they are just not in a mini sheet? Excellent to you could actually have all four stamps. Did you buy/find them as one lot? Thanks again. I learn a whole lot from you. 🙂
Hi Charnie, yes I have all four stamps but not in a mini sheet format. I bought a bag of stamps from a charity shop over here in the UK and when I was sorting through them I just happened to notice the missing red on the jacket and then I searched through the bag and found the whole set 😊
This baffles me, they're not particularly noteworthy designs and the error is so soft and yet the sheet is worth a fortune? My childhood album, which I've almost completed, it stops at 1979 and that's where I lose interest. During the eighties the post office started issuing so many different designs it became difficult to keep up, almost like they had realised the value of issuing stuff for collecting? On a separate note if you were interested in featuring viewers error stamps I have some I'd be more than happy to post to you so you could share them and maybe get to the bottom of an error I cannot work out. I have a santa stamp, I think sg1177 from memory, it's the one by Samantha Brown aged 5, santa from your nightmares, it's really messed up and I can't work out if it's a print error or not? I could film something myself but I don't have the audience and wondered if you were interested in doing that? There might be other viewers willing to do the same, share the error stuff that most of us like to see? Paul
Hi Paul, thanks for the offer of sending your error stamp. However I'd be too worried that it might get lost in the post - either on it's way to me or on the return journey back to you - especially if it's something so unique and unusual (that might be valuable). Also, I'm not that technically adept with this whole computer malarkey - so I couldn't guarantee that any footage sent would make it to UA-cam. Why not start a stamp channel yourself, looking at errors and oddities from your collection. You'll build an audience in no time and we'll get to see some of your stamps 👍

@@coinsstampsandcollectibles3552 No problem, I'll maybe just make a wee video myself to see what others think of the errors. 👍
@@scottishcontentcreators I'll push some viewers over to your channel to see what they think and maybe subscribe
@@coinsstampsandcollectibles3552 Nice one, I'll make a short video about my collection and see how it goes.
