Adelaide/ South Australia is an easy answer lads, everyone knows the best buds come from s.a.
3:45 This is really interesting. I started smoking in the days when Australia had 'bush'. There were very few strains as such. There were the local strains of legend though; Cairns Purple Heads, Mango Madness, Nimbin heads, etc. In those days it was easier to get genuine Royal Nepalese hash than it was to get locally grown bud. Of course, times changed and we matured to where we could buy 'bush', or 'hyge'. 'Hyge' was hydro bud. Then we hit that dark stage where people discovered plant growth regulators (PGR) and we started getting carcinogenic weed. Thankfully, over the past 5 years or so, it is getting easier to get consistent quality, non-PGR weed, either from legal medicinal sources, or quality underground growers.
Lastly, I've been smoking weed for nearly 50 years and I always knew that one day, Australia would legalise weed across the board. That day will come. Join the Legalise Marijuana Party and show the country just how many people there are that support full legalisation. Make it an election issue.
Anyway, this old man will stop ranting. I've subbed and look forward to more awesome videos.

That pgr stuff is still everywhere, in my local area on the east coast of Australia crap bud is rampant so many non smoker criminal gangs pumping out absolute garbage so much so I've signed up and now get medical marijuana 10 years ago when I started smoking it was all quality the hydro the bush it was all good then hawain big bud starting showing (Asian red hair) up everywhere now I've brought weed that's more hemp then anything else .

It's alot more tolerated in NZ than anywhere else....considering the amount of methamphetamine that goes through NZ I guess they don't care so much for marijuana. Im Hawaiin but have my bachelor's in economy from the University of Waikato 🙏 I miss NZ but it's the A class drugs they need to fix, here in Hawaii we have the same culture except y'all is public.

@@malcolmgalloway175 but depending on the type of nitrates used and depending on how well if at all they have been flushed can change how carcinogenic it can be. More of a safety and informative test rather then a strength test. There are many synthetic nitrate liquid fertilisers used in hydroponic systems that can be extremely dangerous if not flushed properly.

I recently had the opportunity to try some 26% THC sative (wake-up) strain, and a 26% Indica (nighttime) strain side by side. The sative was almost like a mild speed lift and had me alert and awake, and active. Later in the evening, I tried the Indica strain, and wow! I had two pipes, packed up my shit and went to bed. Possibly the best sleep I've had in a long time.
I was really surprised at the difference in effects, even though the strains had the same THC levels. I guess that shows that the other cannabinoids, terpenes, and origins of the bud have a lot more to do with its effects than merely the THC levels.
I'm not saying there's not a huge difference. but you can't properly compare an evening smoke to the morning/day smoke earlier than same day.
You would be really surprised to know the difference between indica and sativa!

Because thc percentage means literally nothing and uneducated users buy based of percentage. It’s the combination of terpenes that dictate the effects. 💤

I've had two different types of medical bud from friends with medical problems and was more expensive and and didn't get us half as high as from my local bloke

None are top shelf, but the figures on the tubs aren't as far off as they'd need to be for your claims to be true.

@unsub0007 Yeah, the way Plant Growth regulators work is that they change the cell length in the bud, causing it to become faster growing, more dense, and thereby adding weight to the product whilst maintaining a relatively small size. This is great for fast turn-around grow houses, and for transportation. However, the manual doesn't disclose that PGRs also turn a benign plant into a carcinogen. Yep, PGR, if used at the rates many grow houses do, turns weed carcinogenic by altering its molecular structure. Science.
There are very good organic PGR's you can use. Not all are bad.@@BradGryphonn
@@BradGryphonn Yep that's why they are banned on food crops in pretty much the entire world and are only approved for applications like bowling greens, sports ovals and ornamental flowers. There are some natural PGR's like kelp that benefit plants, however kelp isn't going to give you cancer.

A lot of people think high thc = the higher you get which yeah if you're smoking some 90% concentrate you'll get blasted
but seriously its all about intake (not being a wake and baker who does nothing all day long) and ive had 14% thc that heavy with a heavy tolerance was hittin great, super heavy glazed over eyes etc
Strains are important ppl dont think that, they think just because its called "frootie patootie smakerooza" its the best bud available but it rlly doesnt. Cant go wrong some classic Gorrila Glue, or (most of) the OG's which you can get at a fair price and again if you take even just 1 week no weed, drink heaps of water and I wont lie especially if you've been on the bong for a while itll suck but you'll be thanking yourself later trust me.

I can guarantee those Total THC percentage's are incorrect due to the moisture rating. In America measurement of potency and THC ratings are legally obligated to be a less then 5% moisture to be accurately measured. None the less good job boys! Loved the vid 😊

Can't wait till the public gets educated and starts realizing that pure THC percentage doesn't really matter as much as they think it does. There are so many other cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes found in cannabis that play a huge role in the potency, subjective effects and quality of the material. your bud could test at 30%+ THC and still smoke and taste like shit. terps all day!

i use a brown gatorade bottle which i like to call the bottle of 500 cause i know well and truly more than 500 rompers have been sunk through that bitch 🤣
There is way more different tests so you make sure it's good. First you should be able to smell it through the bag, then you look at it, then you have to feel it, after which you see how good it chop's or grinds up, now is when you use RAW papers, them I also continue further testing with a pipe , bong and finally a dry herb vape. That's how you can really make sure that what you have is good.

my medical Cannabis has moisture regulating packs that say they are for 65% RH
