Grew up listening to The Radiators. Saw them at Penrith Leagues Club back in the late 80s. My fave song is Fez's song. Those were the days of "real" bands!!
I lived across the road from Chris Tag the original drummer, used to hear them practice all the time. Chris still lives there🤷 his dad, Tito, owned the servo at the end of the street, used to hang out there all the time too. Paul, Chris's older brother, took over the servo eventually. Happy memories.
I was 17 at this time, must've seen The Rads 100 times all over Sydney, my favourite band. Always delivered, never gave a band performance. $1 to see them, The Expression and The Church who I also loved. ONE DOLLAR! Fuck the 80s were epic.
