Irregular verbs, phrasal verbs, idioms made English for me in learning crazy))((((( But i like English so thanks for the video: very interesting and useful!!! Thanks from Russia, Yekaterinburg!!!
you know what Ally?! i know most of all the phrases you mentioned in this video and thanks for the effort you made. it's just the one need to remember using them. I hear you i understand you clearly. but still.. using them naturally in a conversation.. i don't know what to say.. the one of us has to be very aware and conscious of each word said. you know, you can't slow down a conversation.
I hope, better saying, I BELIEVE, my dream job is coming up soon. I don't know exactly which job it'll be but is something related to me improving my film skills in order to produce my feature film, coming up in the best theaters soon
Super great lesson, thanks so much Aly 😊, you blew us away as almost always 🙆♀️ (after all, masterclass from a grandmaster at teaching 🤩). I'll try not to say "djuː" anymore (even if it comes naturally to me)......I don't want to sound posh or weird 😐 P.S. Deadline= "scadenza", "termine" or "data limite".
Hi Ali! Going bust has the exact same meaning as going under, hasn't it? As you didn't mention it in the video, now I'm a bit unsure about it. Thank you pal! Brilliant video, as per usual. 😉👏👏👏💪💪
It’s acceptable to say “more ‘one syllable adjective’” usually when you say “more” … then take a pause to think which adjective you want to use. Example: you’re comparing your friend’s dog to your dog. You say “hey my dog is way more… (you were gonna say “beautiful” but then you change your mind) …cute than yours!”
@@papateachme Oh, thanks a lot for such a prompt reply! I guessed something of that kind. Never thought you'd make such a stupid grammar mistake. 😁 Best wishes from a colleague of yours from Russia.
Unfortunately, I'm used to put my obligations such as studying English off. It's obvious that I don't do exercises I don't assimilate Aly's lessons just by wacthing
Great news ! I write books for a living you know and I sometimes translate some of them for French readers... I do think your books could meet success here in France -your learning-method is so much better than usual grammar books
there's a good topic i suggest politely that you make. Muslim expressions in English form. because native English speaking people are borrowing from Arabic. let's see how the translation
I love how the way he acts while teaching... It makes everything clear that how to express each and every sentence.. Love you Aly and your videos❤️❤️

You are fabulous man 😂
teacher, can you make a video about the most common and useful phrases and words we can use in making
interview questions ? please !
This was very helpful. Can you do more of office terminology?
I have a big business English course coming soon!
On work we use "deadline"... at Brazil. Some times we use "prazo".
Hi Aly! Thanks for the video, it was really useful. Is it possible to interchange put off and push back in some contexts?
Oh yeah sure! If you mean delay an event then yes! 🤟🤓
Super great lesson, thanks so much Aly 😊, you blew us away as almost always 🙆♀️ (after all, masterclass from a grandmaster at teaching 🤩).

If it feels natural to pronounce it that way for you, then it’s gonna sound natural ✌️ don’t worry
I would like to start out with my presentation
Hi! In Russian we don't have a special word/collocation for 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 and it's just borrowed as ДЭДЛАЙН (pronounced the same)
No way! 🤯
and I also push back as much as I can which just makes more anxious and frustrated
I don't have anything that is due soon. Last year, when I was studying I had many assignments being due all the time.

Please talk about tourism
Long time no see!!! 😀
Oh hi! 🤟
I'd like to know more idioms which are used nowadays
I am emphasizing that you have a presentation tomorrow
Hi Aly,
At 6:29 you said "more nice"... Could you please comment on the difference between "more nice" and "nicer"? Thanks in advance.

I'd love a real book Aly, not just an E-book... Do you think it possible or out of question ? Tell me, I think Hachette could be very interested...
It’s not out of the question 🤔

Oh awesome! 🤟
What is businessy may I ask?
The registration deadline for the IELTS course is 6th of November. It's due on November 6th.
I don't think I can use "to be due"" in other time verbs beyond present....
Literally it's "linea de muerte", we don't have a specific translation in Spanish... I guess.
For us is just "vencimiento, fecha limite, etc"
I have faced pushbacks a few times. It's not related to work, though.
😍 😍
It’s really interesting that blow away means amazing and impressive .However, blow it means you screw up 😂
Haha true!
i received pushback for my suggestions, so my ideas fell flat
the business had gone under
