Awesome riding! Ladies Only is a personal favorite of mine up Fromme. Also Big Stupid is amazing too, at 6:45 you can jump over the lip just to the left of the stump and with enough speed land into the berm, it's a pretty sweet line :)
Dude, that trail looks like it would be bananas in the wet. Recently found your channel and really enjoy the videos and your positive attitude. Looking forward to digging into your technique oriented content. Thanks!
Flipping H!!!!!!!! I would have broken a collar bone in the first few yards! That is the scariest trail I have EVER seen. Mama Miaaaaaah! You definitely have great skills. And fitness levels. You heart rate must have hit 170bpm there.
This trail looks awesome!!!wish we had something closer to us here in FL that was closer to tampa.there is one similar to this but it's about a 2 hr drive. I would definitely love to be able to ride some trails in cali some day.
So there use to be a really fun, really steep rock ride on Ladies. it was an optional obstacle, i want to say it was on the lower half of the trail. man it was steep and probably around 20' long. not sure if the trail has been changed or not, but you might want to keep your eye out for it. with that said this was like 15+ years ago...
In the video that Jeff Kendall Weed did at 2:30 apparently the OG line is to just send it straight off that rock, which is insane. The feature at 3:00 is also terrifying and awkward. He made it smooth by bunny hopping off the top long over the little gap, which is also insane.
At 51 seconds that entrance (jump) rock on fallen tree. I can't bring my self to try it. Looking at it I fear my back wheel will hit the tree and buck me off my bike like a wild horse. How do you jump this thing? cheers
This was extremely stressful for me to watch, had my hands ready to cover my eyes at any moment but I also couldn't look away. The only times I've ridden wet wood, my front tire has disappeared out from under me and I avoid it like the plague now. Any tips?
I second that. IT's just as bad in the dry - maybe even worse because the fine layer of sand/dust makes it super slippery. I ride like a snail in a very upright position over those kind of things - and they do not in any way, shape or form go as crazy as in this video. This is just over the top.
kevinr ruiters what’s nice about wood in the dry is that softer tire compound or airing down a couple psi can do wonders. I’m with you on staying completely upright in the wet though!
Is your Capra equipped with 29 or 27.5 wheels? And how do you find the E thirteen tires compared to minions? I know you mentioned they felt quite different in your new bike video. I just ordered a new 29er range that comes with E thirteen tires and was wondering if I should swap them out! Thanks, man! Great improvement btw I remember your First "ladies only" trail vid quite vividly, hard to believe its already been a year!!!
I have the 27.5 and I like the E13 tires but I find that they wear faster. I actually just picked up some skin wall DHFs! But I’m not going to switch out my tires until the E13s are actually Fully worn.
Good job bro you went back at it and did great. Flowy trails are easier to overcome. The ride slow wood ride wood fast wood. Is sections. That can mess your head. Mindfuk ya. Once in awhile. Pardon my French.
Those conditions were terrrrrrrible for Ladies Only. Frost covered wood work to start means you're going to be worrying about traction the whole way down. Probably not the ideal way to measure progression. ;)
5:11 beautiful heron on the right lol
That's some monster sized progression after one year! Killer job dude.
Thanks! Hopefully next years video is even better!
@@VanCan when are you going to ride ladies only again in a video?
Whoop! Haha!
4:59
6:17
6:20
6:27
6:40
6:46
7:36
Because anything is better than studying
ha true!

I'll have to check it out next time!
After watching both videos, i can tell you that your riding and confidence have improved tons! Keep it up!
Thanks!
nice vid bud! .. your making me want to start biking again after 20 years of not riding
Riding is pretty great!
Dude, that trail looks like it would be bananas in the wet. Recently found your channel and really enjoy the videos and your positive attitude. Looking forward to digging into your technique oriented content. Thanks!
Great riding! There's so much technical stuff on that trail it's insane! Those boardwalks look challenging without being wet or icy. Great video! 👍
Ya they’re tricky in the dry!
His little laughs after everything scary he does is class
"Are you insane?" Says me 8 times. Lol. Well done.
Flipping H!!!!!!!! I would have broken a collar bone in the first few yards! That is the scariest trail I have EVER seen. Mama Miaaaaaah!
You definitely have great skills. And fitness levels. You heart rate must have hit 170bpm there.
Ha ya it’s a tricky trail!
I've been riding for 6 months. I WISH I would end up as good as you after a year. Keep up the good work!
Well I started in bmx. That helped a lot!
Improved? Mate you made it look easy. Nice job, happy trails!
Thanks!

Paul Eskridge have the same prob lol I live here in south fl as well
This is on the North shore on Vancouver. A little ways from cali
That's darn impressive for only one year!
Plus 10 years of bmx😝
Nice riding. Keep having fun.

Was up on Fromme Saturday, features were really slick. Nice riding!
Yup it's slippery!
you're the best man!!
Thanks!
Skinnies & Ice!! yeah no thanks lol, good job dude!
Some parts were pretty slippery!
I've been riding mtb again for more than three years now and I would NOT make it down this trail in one piece... impressive riding
Thanks! I come from a BMX background so the transition wasn't too bad.
Wow! that trail is gnarly! You inspire me to do more trail vids instead of tutorials.
Wow. Thanks for sharing!
That's gnarly!!! You rode so good!! Those steep ass roller coasters!! FUCK!!
Dude! I love the looks of that trail!
Good riding! Skinnies are not my strongest suit and I could use a place like this!
It's a good one with lots of skinnies!

Ya I've thought about that gap, it's a bit tricky but doable. Jeff is such a good rider, so he does make it look easy haha.
I've had a few bad experiences with trying things better riders made look easy. Just send it
That looked well slick, well done
Thanks!
Did freakin’ Ewoks build this trail?!😀 I really need to work on my skinneys!
Ha ya it’s pretty magical in these woods
BTW, nice riding! Very impressive after only 1 1/2 years
yes defo improved , you made some very tech lines look smooth
Thanks!
Looks a class trail 🤘
very cool trails you're riding! greets from Germany
Ya they're awesome!
Did you not see the bird at 5:11? Haha awesome trail and awesome video.
That bird is always there 😝
@@VanCan I think it was stolen a few months back...
Its a fake bird has always been there
The bird spectating at 5:12.
I wanna move to Canada after seeing this trail
You made it look easy
Thanks!
Class! Well done! I got to ask, how many times do you head out a week? I started mountain biking about 6 months ago but I'm yet to try Ladies Only!
In the summer I probably ride most days. But in the winter I ride when it’s not raining lol
At 51 seconds that entrance (jump) rock on fallen tree. I can't bring my self to try it.
Looking at it I fear my back wheel will hit the tree and buck me off my bike like a wild horse.
How do you jump this thing? cheers
It's easier than it looks, but could buck you. I'd practice doing bump jumps on speed bumps or other short jumps.
This was extremely stressful for me to watch, had my hands ready to cover my eyes at any moment but I also couldn't look away.
The only times I've ridden wet wood, my front tire has disappeared out from under me and I avoid it like the plague now. Any tips?
No tips haha. Just know it’s slippery and take
Your time!

amazing progress especially after only 18 months of mountain biking , did u get lessons
Thanks! No lessons, but I have been ridding BMX for a long time
Nice riding!
Thanks!

Great riding! May i ask what bike?
Thanks! YT Capra CF
Damn Nic, Damn!!...

Haha thanks! Ya things can get tricky!
Yeah when ya over think it makes it trickier.
Ace trail :)
Damn good
Thanks !

Haha ya it was pretty slick!
The 2x4 skinniest get me all the time.
Ya they’re tricky!
VanCan yeah I've done skinny but them real skinny ones I'm on the ground
You’ve only been riding a year and a half!?! You’re kidding me?! You made them skinneys look like nothing at all !
Yup! But I came from BMX. It’s been about 10 years on the little bike.
Ahhhh! I knew it! Haha. Your skills on the bike are very impressive! Your manuals, wheelies and jumps are also amazing! Keep it up mate! 🤘
Are you saying you don't ride Ladies Only more often or even every time you hit Fromme? I don't know how you can resist.
This was my third time! I actually really like this trail but I just always get distracted by something else
@@VanCan well there certainly are enough awesome distractions up there. I'm training up for Ladies Only by riding 7th, Expresso, Crinkum, you know.
Might as well name it "Lady goat trail".
This is porn! Awesome trail, nicely riden, beautiful footage!
Haha thanks!
woow hahaa.......... woow hahaa. :D
My bro who can ride anything told me that trail challenged him. Go Pro lies
Ya it looks easier than it is!

You started biking 1.5 years ago?
Ok, just leave me alone, don't want to come to your channel anymore .....
Well.. mountain biking 1.5 years ago. I've been BMXing for over 10 years!
Nice! Never rode dirt or BMX bike before. Nice riding and vids, keep it up man.
