- How to make a Mermaid Bubble Wand out of Recycled Fishnet - Here is a tutorial that will teach you how to easily make a mermaid themed fishnet bubble wand out of mostly recycled and natural materials. This DIY bubble wand craft can be used by my fellow professional mermaids and mermen at events OR can be used by whoever is watching this video for themselves or their children. Whatever. :)
Important Notes:
-consider sanding down the sharp ends of the sticks for added safety. Or using driftwood, if you can find it in the correct shape (it tends to be smoother).
-If kids will be using this, make sure to remind them to look out for others when swinging the bubble wand around (but most hold it up to their lips and blow from my experience lol)
-If you would prefer to use recycled plastic netting (like the kind found wrapped around certain store bought fruits and vegetables), that can replace the fish net.
