I create videos to help better inform home Inspectors, buyers, sellers, and realtors on how to find everyday problems with their houses/properties. I will also have guest speakers that work closely with the real estate trade.

Great general information. Hopefully you also have a good realtor who can also quickly spot problem areas when showing a property. Thank you for the info
I just bought my first house. Built in 1960, renovated by an investor. Boy I tell ya... I need to buy my inspector a bottle of champagne.
Good stuff!!! Please keep them coming, we want more!
Great video! Thanks!
Would be very interesting to see you incorporate the VA inspection requirements in your discussions. Love your channel !
Thanks for the video, really enjoyed it.
Long time inspector, started with your Dad back in the day at AHIT. Really enjoy your videos, its fun to learn new/different ways of doing the same thing.
Thank you!
Good stuff! Always helpful content.
Why is having the ductwork laying across the attic like that mean underperformance? How should it be?
In the Texas area all duct needs to be lifted, supported, and separated. It does not have to be lifted if it is an older property. But if they come in and work on it. An HVAC person will recommend it.
@@AActionHomeInspectionHouston Thanks!
I don't decide to buy a particular house - my inspector decides if I should buy a particular house.
