I hate it when that happens to me when I'm fighting the AI. If you let up for even a milisecond, the AI takes the tile and overruns your army! Such BS.

If you want a piece of advice, you should take care of your SEO (keywords etc.) because I've been looking for hoi4 1v1 matches all day on youtube and I only found you because of a comment you left on one of Dankus' videos on the latest tommykay tournament. I know that they have more views than you but maybe there's something wrong with your youtube setup.
These games were from the Speed5 Open League. You can sign up for that by going to the speed5 discord, I believe there is a discord link on the Speed5 steam page. You could also join my discord link in description if you want to scrimmage and practice 1v1 with people in the community!
My bad I should've explained that. It's the faction that the guy I was playing against chose. Once you do the final focus in the faction tree your nation gets rebranded to fit which one you chose.

that you dont even know the most basic bugs in hoi 4 taht have been there for ages. lets see. at 18:20 you did waht is known, in my group at least, as a "retreat attack". If you order a divison to retreat, and then order it to attack the province behinde a province you want to attack, then it goes on the offensive, despite the fact that that should be impossible. Normaly if you order a unit that gets attacked to attack it just doesn't, but with this methode it dose. and whats even worse since its technicaly a retreat, your division "retreat attacking" is now un-pinnable. only downside is if your division succedes and enters the enemy province it coutns as removed from the supply network, since its now in enemy territory, as you have experienced yoursleve. more precisely. at 18:08 or 18:07 you can see your divion wich you ordered to attack into enemy territory not having the typical red arrow, but a black one, indicating a retreate movement, however the movement goes into enemy territory. its very nicely visible where the "bug" happened. I persoaly would argue that it is a still unfixed exploit in the game, btw in the game since day 1, but since you didnt counsiousely trigger it (wich is incredibly easy as i mentioned above) its not realy your fault that it happened. edit some of ma typos/spelling errors.If you find any more, keep them.

I just realised that if you don't aktively search for the limits in whats possible in this game you might have it happen to you and not relaise it, or never happen to you. in any cas if oyu follow what i wrote you can reproduce it. get two nations in sandbox/non ironman, let nation onw attack nation tw in one tile, let nation tworetreat, and then klick on a enemy province/a enemy province behind a enemy province and done. your division will make a "retreat attack" or a "retreat forwards" lol (wich is funnily enough a german saying "flucht nach vorne" lol)

In the second Match you maybe could have put your fleet out for convoi raiding his supplies so his qindao troops would have no supply

what inf divs do you use since the update?
For attacking inf I do 14w with support arty and eventually add support rocket arty. For defensive inf I do 10w with just support arty
