    when you indicate water, do you mean tap water or distilled water?

    Try using home wall insulation to filter it's way faster then gauze. The brown insulation i like the best it doesn't have glass in it

    PCB are full of grime, solvents, grease. You should have cleaned them before hand. Just saying. BTW, did you use distilled water ?

      Videoda gösterilen hammaddeler çok eskidir, kaplama hatalarının elle onarıldığı, dolayısıyla altının fiziksel olarak elle çekildiği bir dönemden gelmektedirler. Bunlar kaliteli ve uzun süreli kullanım için tasarlandı, önemli olan tasarruf değil kaliteydi.

    Nice Video👍Does this work with all gold-plated parts? And does Aqua Regia Smb work without urea?

    • @qwethengoldrecovery
      @qwethengoldrecovery  6 місяців тому

      Yes, if you dissolve AR, use urea instead, it can only be omitted for small amounts.

    You always make mistakes my friend. You will first soak the gold-plated cards in diluted nitric acid water, then the coatings will dissolve, then you will filter them, then you will dissolve them in a mixture of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and in the last process, you will precipitate the gold in the king water with hydrazine hydrate.

    • @qwethengoldrecovery
      @qwethengoldrecovery  3 роки тому

      The end result will be essentially the same. I can't buy hydrazine.Thank you for your comment!

    If AR can dissolved all metal why not just use AR rather than going through so many step.

    • @qwethengoldrecovery
      @qwethengoldrecovery  3 роки тому +2

      Acide+peroxide is cheaper than AR, and A/P can be reused .

    • @chosen1one930
      @chosen1one930 3 роки тому +1

      AR cant be used, you have to dissolve ALL BASE Metals before it will than dissolve the gold. You dont want this because it makes for contaminated gold with copper tin nickel etc. This way works better, you can also use only nitric but that cost more

    • @chosen1one930
      @chosen1one930 3 роки тому +1

      Ill add this, gold stripping can be used goldex I believe the name is, Iodine method or cyanide are all ways you can strip the gold than recover it in certain ways from the solution. Goldex is good for thin plating on thicker material not thick plating. Or you can use reserve Electroplating with sulfuric acid but once again you shouldnt use it on all material.

      So in summary:
      2.5 dl of water
      3dl hydrochloric acid (30%)
      1dl peroxide (35%)
      Less peroxide is enough, but since it "weakens" all the time, I tend to put more into it.

      It is really very rare to have such a quantity, I also get 0.2-0.5 grams in countless cases. Some of the material in the video is fairly old enough from around the 1990s. It is not comparable to today's manufactured materials.
