Time for Pooch the Pup to court a "Lady of Spain" and tangle with an enraged bull. As one does. (Seems more Mexican than Spanish, but what do I know?)
That's supposed to be the Mills Brothers doing a take-off on their "Tiger Rag" recording in the later part of the cartoon.
