First of all; I don’t see how the hell this kid grandfather paid you $100 unless he felt pitty for you that you probably was in that barbershop all day and didn’t make any money. Now as for your cut, I know Barber’s get better with time as they grow their craft; mind you, this is constructive criticism and the truth, someone needs to be upfront with you; with that said; with your skillset you show here with this specific haircut, you should NOT be cutting hair AT ALL in a Barbershop setting, a Barbershop thrives on their name and reputation, if people see customers coming out with haircuts looking like that, the shop will lose potential clients, this cut DOES NOT even get to be classified as an Apprentice Barber, the grade you should get is “Local Around The Way $5.00 Haircut” Barber……Nothing wrong with that, its just that I don’t see this haircut being on an Apprentice level or for you to be even privileged to work in a shop. Maybe the owner is a friend/family but I wouldn’t hire you…. And for anyone that is about come at me saying I’m being too hard; I’m actually not; he needs to know the truth so it can push him to get better. If people tell him the haircut is fire, he will never get better due to complacency. It’s called Constructive Criticism for a reason-if he can’t handle the truth then he shouldn’t be posting his work on UA-cam.

agree 100%. Definitely shouldn’t be posting this kind of product online. Fade is not blended well and is too high to be considered a taper.
