Bring protein shakes! I was in labor for 24 hours with my second I was on a broth and ice chip diet, those shakes saved me when I need a boost for push time.
Both of my babies were vaginal. I brought depends to the hospital not necessary but made me so mush more comfortable after showering.
Afterease worked for me to help take the edge off. I had bad after birth contractions because A. It was my second B. I had medication to help shrink my uterus due to seriously heavy bleeding and C. Because I was breastfeeding. It did help though.
Prayers for safe delivery and fast recovery!
