Yeah - it was lower again for a while, but then first week of November they shot up again in price for Nov/Dec and I have already had guests saying they can't even rent a car for their dates. I can't believe it's even still an issue at this point. Thought car companies would've thought ahead for the holiday season, but I guess I was wrong! Thanks so much for watching! Hey Lauren! Sorry, I don't work with rentals, but I'll be honest - there is a massive, and I mean massive, rental shortage on island. So many people are constantly looking. I'd recommend checking out craigslist - that's the best place. Good luck ❤️
Hey Shelly! Apparently we are on the upswing again with prices. Once the Gov said he was ok with welcoming tourists back and then another announcement with allowing international visitors - Nov/Dec rates skyrocketed. I have even had guests already saying they can't get cars for Dec / Christmas time. I'm pretty shocked car rental companies weren't more prepared for the holiday season.
@@shellyswt You're welcome! I hope they'll have things ready for May. Most car rentals allow cancellations pretty close to pickup date so I'd hop on a good deal if you find one.
