I’m dealing with this with Bank of America they said I woke up one day with a negative 12 thousand dollar balance

I am sure CHASE bank is the a WORST possible one in this country. They are insanely stupid, I know this from experience.

Chase sucks. I left that bank 8 years ago and should have closed my acct there long before that. It got to where I would walk into a branch and there were 6 employees sitting around in cubicles trying to sell stuff to customers, and one teller actually waiting on customers with a big line. Banks are today totally into selling financial products. Ever increasing fees, ever decreasing service. I now bank with a Fidelity Cash Management acct. and love it.

I’m 22 and lived in MA my whole life but trying to leave it all behind and make it to Kauai as a marine biologist. Can I ask how you were able to make it happen?

hmmh. Usually bank dont automatically closing your account. The guy in the linked video, looks like he just opened the account and then a 11k deposit into his account. It looks like a fraud activity to me

Yes Chase just recently done me like that I had applied for an online loan and it was a scam and when I reported it to them they turned around and shut my account down and told me I was a liability Chase is the worst thing on this planet is nothing but a big Ponzi scheme they don't care for their customers a deposit goes into your account they hold your money I highly recommend nobody bank with Chase

i see these videos and people never really say what they did that could have triggered the closure. most of the time it’s: buying bitcoin, doing large wire transfers, buying guns and ammo, going to dispensaries, moving large sums of cash ($10k+) between accounts, depositing large cashier checks, sending money to sus political figures or alt-left or alt-right organization, working in the adult industry…all of these actions trigger the algorithm. even using social media can get you flagged. banks don’t want to lose money on you, they want to keep you. so if they close your account there is usually a very good reason why. it’s not always fair but it’s the system, play it well.

Chase-Wells an BofA all run Zelle- the scammers favorite cash transfer site - which should tell u something- u think your having problems now try to get your money after being scammed by one of thier own fake messages

Sometimes I’d just like to take a road trip and a short flight to Europe or up the coast. Sometimes I’d like to wear layers. Sometimes I’d like to buy groceries without having a panic attack. Kauai is beautiful but many places are. They wont look like kauai but beautiful in their own way. I haven’t flown to Maui in over twenty years because the round trip flight, car rental and hotel for a 3 day stay would cost well over 1,000.00 not including food and entertainment.

Grew up on kauai from age 12. Been here more than 40 years now. Ive seen and done everything. Not old enough to retire but i want to so badly, so we are moving to South Carolina in a few months. This will make it possible to retire young and do some traveling, road trips, see the country. I worry that i will miss kauai but its not going anywhere, ill come back if i need to we’ll see.

Chase is trash after opening business account 3 months ago what be hard open 3 times make appointment((( later 3 time not give cash atm for no reason some limits, after that couple days ago get mail you account closed same not reason!🤯 now i hard time get this money from account back(( Who want account in Chase please couple times thinking about that is very stressful and not reaible!!!

I've been a customer for about 2 years and I was so glad being with them but I used my debit card at a gas station and it had a skimmer on it and I was scammed and my bank account activity went crazy and they tried to post several checks to my both accounts I looked and knew something was wrong so I locked the account until I could take care of it with them face to face after having a long conversation over the phone and then being told to get an appointment with a teller so she could make me feel like a criminal and then tell me that I don't need to know why my account is being closed and I won't be able to ever open another... Whatever I'm better than this bullshit ass piece of shit self righteous bank I'll find another one that will treat me like a customer and not a crook...

So I found out that once you put your money in a bank according to the central bank, your money is now Chase banks, and if they close, you get nothing fica won't help.

Yep! I set up auto-payments to pay on a credit card…the money was being removed from the account monthly. Then after that card was supposed to be paid off (store card and it was already closed) I get a letter from them saying they hadn’t gotten ANY of the money. I went into a branch and was…very unhappy asking what happened to the monTey? They told me…I’d have to PAY THEM $80 an HOURRRRRR for them to investigate what happened to my money!!! I said I want to close my account NOW! They lady smirked at me and said “it’s a joint account you can’t just close it.” I went home, got my husband l, came right back and closed the accounts and told the manager about Miss Smirkyface. I went to a credit union and never looked back!! NOW Every 3 months or so, I get an email from FRIGGIN Chase talking about my account it’s been over 10 years!!! They are sheisty shady!!
