Peanutsauce with fries is delicious (we eat it a lot in the Netherlands but Belgium thinks we are crazy for doing so lol) Not sure if the sauce is the same as in Canada tho

If you can do fish sauce, then go for the bun thit nuong (noodle bowl) or com tam (like in this video). Check out Max McFarlin's youtube channel. He's from Arkansas but is doing food vlogs in Saigon and showcases a wonderful variety of Vietnamese food.
uhhh..spring roll is the summer roll and egg roll is the spring roll 💀😂. The spring roll isn’t fried and egg roll is. And in vietnamese spring roll is Gỏi cuốn and egg roll in Vietnamese is Chả giò.
Are those wings supposed to be dipped in the fish sauce? I think they are fish sauce wings...??? Everything does look pretty damn good. Minus a few veggies, herbs, and garlic and chile in the fish sauce. But otherwise, great variety of Viet food. Missing banh cuon and banh xeo. :)
