My Samsung fridge was leaking water from below the front door. I called the Samsung helpline and a tech came and saw the fridge and asked us to change the freezer rear panel which he said would cost Rs 4000 or exchange the fridge for a new one. I watched many videos and checked the line from freezer to drip pan in the rear. All was clear but the problem persisted. Finally I called the above number. He suggested I lift the level of the front legs of the fridge. I did that and now it’s over a week since I had the problem. Thanks to The Mechanic for saving a few thousand rupees. God bless you!
