Public universities are your regular uni's eg Wits, Uct, Tut, Uj, Dut etc. Private institutions are like Varsity college, afda, etc if that makes sense
I have an answer now They do not calculate any income since your parents are unemployed You will attach an affidavit stating that your parents do not work

So if I was receiving sassa grant and I reached 18 then they cut it obviously so do I still go under the option of sassa recipient....
