On verification, did you click the verify button for both email and number? The bank information is usually needed in January when they start paying the allowances and mostly the school will handle that

that probably because your daughter was receiving the child support grant, therefore they dont need any documents, they already have all your information plus your daughters

How long does NSFAS take to pay for registration? Or as a guardian/ parent will I be refunded by NSFAS if I pay once registration opens

It does say that you can tick if a parent is alive and you can provide details

yes, select the highest level of education you have. they wont decline you for that. if the college accept you. you'll be funded. good Luck
