Another tip I realized a few days ago when me and a squadmate were flying a heli: If the helicopter crashes but isn't completely destroyed while in the air, you'll go into this black screen along with a ringing, tinnitus-like sound before "waking up". Happened twice so far for me and I thought it was pretty neat, first time was by accident but second time around I roleplayed a bit with the crew onboard and yelled "brace for impact" which was followed by that exact sequence. Felt cool for the time!
small tip for medics, you have 2 medic bags, and can be dropped like a ammo box on the ground you can do this by pressing x while having the medic bag in hand , people then can press f on the box to heal themselves. this is specially good when alot of people need heals and you are still busy getting people revived, i have to say though more often then not people dont notice the bag in the heat of battle so better voice comm to people you dropped one . after people been healed you can pickup the bag again
@@6.4l13 although you need to hold F to use it if a medic bag is laying on the floor it heals in quarters of the health ring (4 times i think) instead of holding it and healing overtime, you dont get xp per percentage heal though when it is on the ground only the healed teamate xp
A tip for medics: if you keybind healing and pulling people to to F, dont forget to also change the key for entering vehicles or you will die doing something silly It happens
@@pikharov Nah, we can REALLY tell if someone really giving up or if the timer is up. We can see those bars goes down faster when you giving up you know.
If you're getting pushed and are backed in a corner you can throw a flair behind you and prone the enemy will be blinded and it's a free kill. Also the sledgehammer is bonkers in close quarters I have 20 kills so far. Remember switching to your sledgehammer is faster than reloading your primary 🙂🙃🙂🙃🙂
So true about the sledge hammer! I just got the game, rushed the enemy position and forgot to have a fully loaded mag. I ran out while still surrounded by enemy and went sledgehammer on em. I got em, then a sniper got me lol
For any snipers, you can bind keys to specifically zero increase and decrease, which can be used while still ads, generally speeding up sniping. For heli pilots, you may want to swap the yaw and roll, so you can roll on kb and yaw/pitch with mouse. IMO makes it both easer to fly/recover and also to get finer aiming with the littlebird.
I do believe that the game just defaults to Alt+Scroll to change zeroing distance (ads or not), which is not the worst imo. Easy enough for a controller main like me to do
I don't know if anyone else has used this but local chat is global. I often do something like scream "GRENADE" and the enemies all freak out and go into cover, and I rush in for the kill. Also, nearby enemies will often give away their location or tactics through local chat.
@@MrAtomicDuck try this out sometime: if you're ever alone or with a meager force and cornered in a room, place claymores around the corner or door and *let them know* that you're weak and alone. They'll rush in together and you'll more often than not get a hilarious multikill.
A tip for respawning: if you see a friendly falling from the sky out of helicopter in the spawn screen, you can spawn on them right before they hit the ground and revive them.

Pro tip: As a certified heli goblin,as a helicopter pilot you can really turn the game around by taking full squads to points.Oh and you can slide down the rope even if the heli is moving
The thing i love about this game is its very team based and if anyone goes solo they will get obliterated fast , this game also has the most fun rpg ever

Content updates stopped no more than a year after it released in mid 2013; it has destructible environment, but only three weapon sets (rifle, shotgun, submachine gun) and three game modes (capture the flag, control point, team death match), and only text chat. It's a very simple game, but it was enough for its time. It even had, like, low five-figures of concurrent players at its peak.
one tip is to bind the ssteady aim keybind with the fire button. that way while in full auto you wont have to remember to hold the steady aim while shooting. you will still need the stead aim on another keybind for sniper work.
I've been really annoyed with how many times lately I get in a squad and the whole game they're either going solo or groups of two. They never bother to bunch up and coordinate a push, Which, in my experience, Is where you're actually most effective, and when the magic happens. And I'm usually a lone wolf type player in these kinds of games. Its just too effective to work within your squad not to.
What about the tricks and tips? Tbh I feel like anyone with a history from the old school Battlefield games will be able to pick this up and run with it! I've been loving seeing your gameplay and picked it up myself recently.
I got the M249 last night and started running support and dropping ammo more. Funny I've been single shot head shotting guys with the M249 more easily than other guns lol

The vehicle spawn trick is neat and all, until a teammate spawns in it and moves the vehicle outside the boundary. I tried doing that but it kept getting stolen so ive stopped
protip: Use SMG's or Snipers, everything else is virtually useless or inferior to SMG's Only use Frag grenades or Flashbangs C4 is op unless you're running Sniper or playing a very defensive Support then claymore or anti-personel mines if the point is seated in a tight area with corridors and doorways Good luck getting driver in a vehicle without camping for 20 minutes And remember, you'll get killed by people that can 1-shot you with a pistol across the map, all you can do is pray that doesn't happen

This game is so fun, just proves that graphics can be ass as long as the core gameplay is good. Plus the ass graphics means low spec PCs have a fun game to play!
The ammo support seems ok, but I think the life span in game may be too short at the moment to really use it. Least that my opinion form the last few games. It's supper fun, but I hope they add a slighty slower paced game mode to mae the building,ammo and teamwork a little bit more substantial to the overall game. So far i really enjoy the game..just got to get over my social anxiety I have for some reason when there's VOIP😂

Nah bro the graphics are why it's playable it ain't an eye candy streamer game where you have to have a NASA pc to play. Besides the gameplay makes up for the lack of polygons. And no microtransactions planned apart from a supporter pack :)

Truly the best way to make sure you're revived. Other examples are "Tell your mother... I love her" and "Tell my wife... I banged her sister."

It took me a bit to realize bandaging yourself while bleeding does not mean stop the bleeding and heal to full.

Point of specifics. Smoke grenades give you concealment. Cover is meant to try to block rounds. Smoke ain't blocking a lead bullet

I don't feel this is an accurate comparison, honestly. Might just confuse people. If anything it's just Battlefield and Squad features mixed together with a low poly graphic style.
