I'm from Los Angeles so PCP was the drug of choice in the 70's 80's & 90's I believe that's what made crips and bloods deadly.
I had a friend named Leon who was my neighbor, we were both around 15 and one day some of the older homies were smoking PCP, they offered him a hit and when it was his turn he took 2 to 3 big puffs, for some reason it fried his brain 🧠 and he was never the same, his mom ended up taking him to the looney bin.

In the mid 80s my brother worked at a truckstop outside of Fort Worth Tx. He would bring home various truckstop pharmaceuticals speed mostly. But one night he brought home cinnamon toothpicks that a bull hauler gave him. He gave me one and said its bull tranquilizer and dont swallow the toothpick. It flipped switches and spun knobs in my head that were never reset. However it didn't keep me from using speed and 36yrs later im still fcking with that shit!

PCP used to go by the name Angel Dust. Gil Scott made a song back in 1978 about it. Cavario must not have been around when they used to wet parsley flakes with it before they started using weed. They started calling it dippers after hustlers started dipping cigarettes straight from the bottle.

Did it a few times in the 90s it definitely get you stuck where you'll be holding onto the side of a building, and when you're walking it feels like you're walking through grass that's of pasture knees so you're taking big long steps, in a constant ringing in your ears that's when you know you're getting high. I use to smoke it as a teen and around 22, but I could "handle it" so to speak... I didn't have episodes, it made me fall asleep when I smoked too much... that's litterly what I used to do, smoke, get that reflection feeling, sometimes doomed and think about what I was doing wrong and needed to change, and keep smoking till it made me fall into a deep sleep... that's what it was created for by doctors, to be a anesthesia, but for most people it didn't have that effect, it makes them hallucinate and go buckwild, strip naked and turn into superman... luckily it didn't do that to me... still wasnt proud of doin that shit, it's definitely one of the worst things to be doing... big lurch and zro hyped me up bout it
