@@bonsaika65 I flew Hawkers on that run in 1988-9. We'd leave \Iqaluit in -35C and about halfway across the sea ice would open and we'd see fishing boats on the ocean. Good old Gulf Stream. Nuuk (Gothab in those days, I think) would be 20 or 30 degrees warmer. The Canadian flight crews also helped the Greenlandair people by shopping for cold weather gear (ie Mukluks, parkas, mitts, etc)for them in Iqaluit because the Canadian gear was much better for Arctic conditions than anything they could buy in Greenland or even Denmark. I miss those days.
Very shaky camera. If you focus at one place one 1⃣ can at least see what's happening on the guages and corresponding action on controls. Else outside one can see the takeoff sequence but guages kept becoming dark and one cannot correlate unless one has pre knowledge
Nothing more satisfying than the sound of spooling darts :)... My fave prop plane of all time this.
Love the sound of those Darts.
A great and solid airplane! And, those Darts..👂👂👂Ahhh.....😋
Ah the indestructible Budgie.
Fly Bahamasair!!
Instrument panel looks like my 97 Peterbilt with full dash option.
Experienced many flights with First Air out of Iqaluit in early '80s
I flew from Iqaluit to Nuuk in 1993 with First Air on a HS748. It was -46°C that day !

Old style killer Altimeter.

Same here
did you configure flaps just before departure?
Probably Wasaya Airways in northern Ont.
Correct
Is Wasaya rotational? I'd like to join but will have to leave family back in the big city.
Not interested in indicators as we are just public. Show priper take off
