I haven't eaten sugar for a year Super Energy Dessert Without Sugar You have to try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
60g dried cranberries.
80 dried apricots.
50g raisins.
40g plums.
Leave in cold water for 15 to 20 minutes.
This is necessary to drain the preservative and activate beneficial substances.
Dry.
100ml of water.
20g fast-dissolving gelatin.
Mix.
50g walnuts
50g Peanuts.
Fry in a pan.
Chop dried fruits.
350 cottage cheese.
80g Natural yoghurt.
Grind with a blender.
Prepare an empty pack of juice or yogurt.
Melt the gelatin.
Mix the curd mixture and gelatin.
Add nuts.
Add 50 pumpkin seeds.
Mix.
Put the mixture in a box.
Cover with food foil.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours.

I make something similar that enhances my mood. Wash the dry fruit, then soak in either vodka or rum. Leave in fridge overnight, then discard fruit and drink liquid. It never fails to make me happy.

Just because there’s no refined sugar doesn’t mean this recipe doesn’t contain massive amounts of sugar. Dried fruit are one of the highest source of simple sugar.

this looks amazing! Just so you guys know in case you have diets where you can't have sugar, this isn't sugar free (It's artificial sugar free though!). Dried fruits have a lot of natural sugars in them, so be careful if you can't have a lot of sugar. This is definitely much healthier than processed sugar desserts though, and the fruits still have a lot of health benefits, even if they are sugary.

Very pretty log - could be adapted as a Christmas snack. I’d do it with dried cranberries and dark chocolate and pistachios. Yum.

This might be a nice treat as an indulgent Christmas or Thanksgiving recipe! Can I suggest, instead of using a juice container (where you slice off the end of the log), you use parchment/baking paper in an airtight container or loaf tin (with cling film over the top). The shape will of course will be different, but it will still be just as easy to release and will still carve beautifully without losing any of the gorgeous product! Good luck! ❤

Ich wäre nie auf die Idee gekommen dass mit Frischkäse zu probieren😊 Ich gebe bloß den Tipp, die Masse lieber in eine Kuchen-Kastenform zu geben, und diese gegebenenfalls mit Backpapier auszukleiden falls sie nicht beschichtet ist, denn in diesen Tüten ist oft sehr viel Biphenol durch die Beschichtung enthalten. @@fantastischerezepte8751- It's not a good idea to give nutritional advice where you may not be qualified to assess the person who made the comment. Most people may be able to eat fruits but some people are fructose intolerant and actually can't - especially dried fruits. I appreciate that this is gluten free, and although it doesn't contain white sugar it still has a strong amount of sugar because the fruit has been dried. Processing fruit that way really depletes the fiber and nutrients - plus the water content is helpful for hydration. For someone who doesn't have a sensitivity to diabetes, gluten intolerance, auto- immune disease, or fatty liver disease; this might be an alternative snack. Though as someone who has struggled with all of those issues above - I could technically try to eat this but I wouldn't, knowing the concentration of sugar from the fruits and effect it would have later. Also too many processed ingredients can have an adverse affect. Though if someone replace a donut, or french fries with this snack - I could see that as a good first step.

To all those harping on the recipe being sugary, please know that fruits, dry or otherwise, are packed with nutrients and even though they are sweet, the benefits of eating them far succeed the sugar issue. Refined white sugar is bad because it has no nutritional value and is full of calories. I love this recipe. Thanks.
Refined sugar bad? Not rly, cuz PPL *gobble* it thoughtlessly. Ppl stupid, sugar isn't best health but like a weapon it won't hurt you if you don't touch it or use it correctly. Ppl blame sugar, so silly and so passive statement. Blame ppl cuz gobble gobble, refine sugar is nice thing (lol try jaggery!) But so many lack good will power then blame item instead of silly self.

Natural sugar also has calories, and if you're cutting down on 'sugar' you have to cut down on fruit too. And it's misleading to say this recipe has no sugar. It should have perhaps said 'no REFINED sugar', or 'natural sugars only'

Actually with the fiber in the fruit, which is soaked and inflates, plus the health benefits of the nuts and pumpkin seeds...and the cottage cheese, yogurt and collagen in the gelatin, this really IS a pretty healthy substitute for a sweet snack or desert.

@Westernwilson I think she meant table sugar.The occurring sugars in fruit are offset by the fiber, which helps not to send one's glucose levels spiking.

Looks delicious! This is also high in protein with the cottage cheese. I will try tweaking the garniture with a bit less fruits and some more nuts and seeds, and eat it as a pre-workout snack.

I don't like walnuts or peanuts, so I think I'd do this with brazil nuts and almonds. Also, maybe sub out a dried fruit (not fond of apricots) with dates. But the idea is very nice. I think I'll give this a try. Also, this IS gluten-free, so pretty good for my sensitive friends.

Cottage cheese, natural yogurt and gelatine make this recipe very very unhealthy. It would be healthier with sugar and without animal products, because sugar doesn't cause diaseases, but animal products do.

Рецепт замечательный! Но, так как я веган, то заменила бы классический йогурт на кокосовый, а творожок - на кешью-творожок. Ну и вместо желатина можно использовать агар-агар. За идею спасибо!😊

I make something similar but instead of milk products (we have lactose intolerance in the fam) I use peanut butter and honey mixed with rolled oats as the binder. Rolled in balls and chilled. The kids love em and it still has that super energy kick.
Sounds great too, but, the Honey may be just a tad too much sugar for me? Would be lovely though!

@@ItsMe-LuckyYou I kinda eyeball it, but it's generally a cup of rolled oats (old fashioned not fast) and a half cup of peanut butter. I started making them when I got it in my head to make my own peanut butter. A little oil and salt but no sugar. The honey helps balance out the flavor, so I don't even know how much of that I use. After that I add a half cup of dried fruit. I like blueberries, but I've use pretty much everything shown in the video at some point. Chill for an hour then spoon them out with a cookie scoop and roll in balls. I like the snack ziploc baggies to portion out three at a time and keep in the refrigerator.
