I just bought a 3 bhk 1100 carpet area for 2.45 cr in Mumbai in October 2020 during Covid. Even 2 maids are not enough to clean and maintain. I haven't been able to get time to use our swimming pool and gym and sauna. The villa is good, but in real-life and practicality I'd die to maintain this. Getting enough maids in Kerala is tough. This is May month and both have gone back to their villages and I'm tired of cleaning these toilets and bathrooms. If I were to sell my flat today for about 3 CR I can buy Ranch, but the very thought of maintaining is making me worried. My old Tharavaadu in Palakkad with many rooms is the best, very low on maintenance. No ac required except in hot summer. 4200 sqft in tripunthara will need at least 5 to 8 people to live. It's massive for a family of 4! But anyways for those with tons of money it's good.
Recently seen vedio of American type villas of Skyline near tripunitura that also of Skyline. I think different projects of same group. If any body knows just indicate approximate price.
