can u please help me with the services part of this project. how is the toilet ducts tackled. and also the fire fighting

My guess being that the toilet pipes need to be at 1:10 slope and the massy part under each block is where those pipes could've been installed which would be connecting to a plumbing shaft of nearby block which is connected to ground...for the fire fighting same could've been applied

Can anyone tell me how they give fire stairs with having a outer wall for the fire stairs does Singapore rule allow that please help me
