I noticed that floor 14 supposedly has 2 levels but level 1 doesn’t seem to have anything according to the map. Is there anything under floor 14?

It's a secret area near the elevator. Stand on the non lighted part of the floor and keep doing it until it opens.
*I* think the mystery elevator is the one from the seccond floor and the door are all from the part where you save E. Gadd.

@zippee playZ yeah ur correct. HOWEVER Skellux has no notice that he hacked floor 15 into floor 1. So that means that the keys are in his pockets and the map is mixing the 2 maps together.
