Tasty Mixed Fruit Salad With Vanilla Ice Cream And Roasted White Chocolate.

This is the absolute favorite last-minute spring-summer dessert in our house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do :).
Ingredients for about 4-6 people.
1 lb (450g) of fresh strawberries
2-3 kiwi
2 bananas
2 fresh mango or 8.8 oz (250 g) of frozen diced mango
Dressing
1 teaspoon of lime zest
1 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon of Cointreau or Grand Marnier (optional) if you serve only to adults.
Topping
20 fl oz (600 ml) of vanilla ice cream
3.5 oz (100 g) of white chocolate for baking
