Trip number two was a pretty darn good morning. Always love catching different species. Cute little Largie, I’m always amazed at how aggressive those little guys are and how big a lure they will try to eat. Between you talking about the Major feed times and my last few outings, I’m really starting to believe in the Lunar time tables. Might not be able to plan my trips around them but will certainly be cognizant of them when I do get out.
Thanks Don. That's pretty much what I do. If I'm lucky, I'll at least hit the 1 hour minor feed. And I do believe it brings the bigger predators out to eat.

I wish it was still cool down here in Texas. Our waters are already in the nineties during the day. It's hard to get a bite. I think most of the fish have went deep.
That's how Florida is in the summer. That's why I've been coming to Maine for the past 3 summers. Hate that 90° water. No good for fishing.
Guessed where this was from the thumbnail. Ended up in pushaw stream this morning and got a ton of pike and some pickerel and bass. The water is low so the fishing is good there.
You'd better know where this is since it's your home turf. lol. Haven't made it to Old Town yet but will get there eventually.
@@OldLadyAngler they improved that flat area at the bottom of the hill by the bridge.. but there were some roots still on that hill.
@mainelyhobbies that hill is the hard part.

I tried it for a bit this morning. Fished a new river but all I got was a pickerel. Will keep using it!
