Some say that the lactic acid will never leave their legs again. That's to give you a little indication of how though the session was. Barfing was more likely to occur then laughing today, but we still had fun never the less.
    A few statistics from today:
Fastest lap on camera today was a 25,8. It was in the second lap of the 900m, skated by Thomas and Jur. After that was a 26,1 from big P aka Mip aka Pim. Friday we will have a full send session with only sub 25 laps for breakfast, subscribe, like and put on notifications to not miss a single thing. Will see you in a bit, till then, keep grinding xoxo.

It looks so easy but the forces being put down in those leg muscles to get around those turns is off the charts.

Acceleration is always good on the turn. Just not to fly out )). However, more effort is spent on a straight line.

The laws of physics. School course )). And practice on open ice in the 70s.

@@Michael_Zagg Well, the physics is why I thought there'd be more force being applied in the turns. They're maintaining the same speed but also need to change direction so surely that would mean higher forces?

I think that the kinetic energy gained on the straight line and the inertia vector add the force with which the skate presses on the ice and the Earth pushes you away (The reaction force of the support).
