No these are not remastered black and white photos from wartime Britain but of an eccentric, 1940s obsessed couple and family home in 2016.
Kitty, 36 and Richard, 56 Von Mew from Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warks, married in 2012 and are bringing up 14-month-old Betsy like it is World War Two-without the ration book.
Kitty, 36 started modelling as a 40s pin up in 2001 but it was not until five years later that she started embracing the lifestyle at home, before converting construction site supervisor, husband Richard.
Stay at home mum, Kitty said: “We’re not going to force her into anything but while she’s young we love dressing her in old dresses. She loves the events and the music already so fingers crossed she’ll be embracing it when she’s older.
