I used to bake with my nieces when they are little. Sometimes we used to do birthday practice. We would do a really silly and fun birthday technique training session - practicing blowing candles out and singing happy birthday. Going really over the top critiquing each other’s technique and applauding when it was up the standard. Then eating the baking. 🎂 simple memorable fun.

My step-daughters bring their stuffies into our room every morning when we have them 😂 they are 6 and 8 so it definitely lasts a while! I find stuffed bunnies in my bed or on our sofa when they leave us and I always miss them a little more when I find their toys. 🧡

Oh, I had forgotten how much I loved making blanket forts/dens. I remember once when I was little, me and my brothers made the most epic blanket fort that spanned the entire play room 😊. A couple things I've learned in making them, is using safety pins to "pin" the blankets together and also to couches...I've also used rubber bands or hair ties to fasten the blankets to chairs. Hope you have fun making some blanket forts-- there's always something magical about them on a rainy day.

If the Fort isn’t working another thing you can do is make a little nest. Growing up when my sister would visit we would make them. You could bring down her bed and put it on the ground (push back the couch) and just pile a bunch of blankets and pillows around you. Like big duvets are great to be all cozy❤️

In the future if you have no eggs you can make a flax seed egg to replace it as a binder in most recipes. Mix one tablespoon on flaxseed with 3tbsp water and then let sit for 10-15 mins for every one egg. Adjust how much you need depending on how many eggs in the recipe
There is an amazing vegan chocolate brownie recipe on the flora website it’s more cakey though, whenever I make them I always get requests to make more xxx

Awww so sweet of you asking how we are. Today is rough. I came here to calm down and then I'm off to some stern mommy rie pep talk. Lockdown is kinda over in switzerland. Everything is slowly opening back up (with lots of regulations) and we are planning to have the first visitors in months in the next weeks. Somehow this puts me down. I struggle to go back to more normal, I wonder about the next wave, plus I'm due my period next week and feelig very unstable and cry-i. My 2.5yo must be feelig something cuz she has never been such a screaming kicking banshee before. I'll try to go for a shop with the bus with jer later. We're usually the only ones on the bus anyway. Are you done with your drivers licence?! I'm still not done man.
