I think main issue is for inmortality u need him at dupe 5 which sometimes can be expensive and now with fests every month and less of universal dupes we have to be more picky on which fest to invest rather than pulling every fest and that ig
i believe fuego is a must pull and S+ and him dying coz of vanessa combo is not an issue coz lumber will provide a barrier most likely for everyone and the support chick makes barrier similar to invunurbility so fuego is surviving from vanesa combo
Definitely A tier right now. Easily can be S with more units. But you are right definitely a unit to summon on ONLY if you like him otherwise skip for the anniversary.

Yeah i saw where you said that he needs to be slower than Vanessa, but wouldn't he need to be slower than the whole team? I guess with Noelles max dupe passive she would be faster than Fuego so he would get it over her?
Yay, if the cooldown is 2 turns for feugo wouldnt that make a big difference, cause hell be more likely to get the skill 2 back to further extend his immo?
Are you forgeting about swimsuit yuno? He gets rid of immo AoE so vanessa is pretty much irrelevant... That fuego is not holding or extending immo...useless character should've get invulnerability instead of immo at the start...

Think he will be on the same tier with zora currently, he gets pretty hard counters from continuous damage immunity and stuns
