Wang was a good husband. I feel like in most of these stories the man always falls for the seduction in spite of his morals. This guy stayed strong.

So it is chinese. The way the girls wear their clothes and some parts where men wore japanese samurai clothes made me think its japanese.
@@blueravenstar4162 If it is of any help, you could start recognizing what type of name is Japanese and what is Chinese, since both have very different naming system. For example, Chinese (first) names are usually 1-2 words only, and have words that sound like 'Xia', 'Ming', 'Wei'.

I knew I recognized the main character in this movie!! She played as ruyi in ruyi’s royal love in the palace! Everytime she acts she does amazing ❤️❤️ and I also noticed a sort of Easter egg? The general’s wife’s name is pei rong, and in ruyi’s royal love in the palace ruyi’s maid is rong pei 😳
And the demon hunter’s Zhen Huan (she’s Ruyi’s Empress Dowager) from the show Empresses in the Palace
Also the first barbarian that got his heart stolen by Mina played the assassin that almost killed Yongchi, Ruyi's son at the Ranch.
Wow I thought I was the only one who noticed Ruyi ! I really enjoy her movies now I want too see this one even it's nice how it they present in just a short time..✌
Actually all the leads of this movie are very famous chinese actors and actresses. She is known as a good versatile actress in china I think. I've seen some of her very older works like the legend of condor heroes and the banquet in which she was a supporting role

Your voice is the reason this is the only recap channel I subscribe to. I love the jokes (even the really corny ones). They set the channel apart from all the others and make the recap seem more personal. There aren't too many - I'd say two jokes per video is the ideal number. I've noticed a couple other channels have added a "soothing" narrator but honestly you're out of their league. Mystery Recaps is lucky to have snatched you up.

Straight up I'm going to have to watch this because it was so good. I mean all the characters we're so well developed that even the ones that were clearly in the wrong I was kind of rooting for. Seriously, it was to a degree where I didn't know who I was rooting for because I wanted everybody to have a happy ending
