A metal water bottle can be carried on all flights and in most places (other than U.S. courthouses) and will work very well as an impact weapon or to parry a knife. Two carabineers and a padlock will also work for self defense.
The super bright flashlight as a self defense object can not be overstated. I absolutely live my O-lights with multiple settings and defense prongs on the front, makes a great force multiplier. Awesome run through, Ill need to check out your books!

Great Video. Maybe something especially overseas is some sort of plug in for other types of plugs. I have always found those indispensable. Also an extra pair of socks. I never travel without one extra pair. Thanks again for a great video and I am going to have to check out your books

Gorucks are great packs and well worth the cost , also USA made however they are quite heavy "heavy pack less cargo"

If somehow has you chances are your not going to have a chance to use the burner phone either especially if your tied up or held at gunpoint 🤦♂️
