What I appreciate most is that you are teaching anyone watching that eating a healthy WFPB diet doesn't have to be complicated. Simplicity. You teach it best! I stopped trying to complicate my life and stopped trying to cook vegan substitutes. I took your advice and leave those for special occasions, for company, or special get-togethers. BEST ADVICE EVER.
I’ve signed up for the conference. Dr Laurie Marbas is my physician and although I’ve been WFPB for 2.5 years, she made some tweaks to my diet and now I no longer need blood pressure, cholesterol or triglyceride prescriptions ♥️
I wonder if you would tell what the tweaks were? Anything besides the obvious - no oil, low fat, reduced sodium WFPB? Any special foods? Any special dos or don’ts? Thanks.

Kiki, I just made the masa cakes and instead of refried beans I used left over vegan chili I made last night. I already had the pickled onions in the fridge. OMG!! This is such a wonderful combination! Thank you!

@@Being_Malm yes absolutely, if she likes makeup then she should do it. Just that I always imagined it as dull skin getting glammed up by makeup whereas here she is glowing more before the makeup 😂

I admire your taste and talent for making your home beautiful- which speaks my love language. In one your videos you share you too downsized and moved on land. Would you be willing to do a video a full house tour. Sharing what kind of cabinets, island (dimensions) you have, as well as how wide your built in bench nook is, and the height of your ceilings. And how you built your shelves, build ins, etc. As I design my new home, I want to avoid wasted space. Your taste is beautiful and from what I can see, you too made your spaces functional and useful. Though I am almost twenty years your senior I am inspired by so many of you younger women who embrace life, family, health and natural living. I doubt her life is perfect! We all have struggles and problems. I think the point of the video is just to show how to slow down, reflect, be mindful of every area of our lives. These videos are just a glimpse into someone’s life. I mean, it wouldn’t make for a very good video to see her yelling at her kids 😂🤦🏼♀️

Love this video! If you want to get smoother footage by turning your footage into silky slow mo. Film in 60fps, then convert it to 24fps in editing. That process can vary depending if you use final cut vs premiere pro. Just Google how to turn 60fps to slow-mo in your editing program. And it really level up your Broll!! Lovely video!!

You INTENTIONALLY spend time with Nacho? Well, you get a HUGE HUG 🤗 from me!!! 🤎🤍🐶 I learned from the “cat daddy”... (I don’t know his real name…) that pet owners should always intentionally spend time with their pets. I never really thought about it until he said that. I have cats, and I make sure I play with them for at least half an hour every day. Not just throwing a ball to them, but intentionally really playing with them. They’re so much happier since we’ve begun this intentional play!!! They also seem much more physically fit because they’re getting exercise.… I’m sure you and your public get the idea! LOL 😸 I appreciate it when people go the extra mile for their pets!!! 🌸🖤🌸🕉🌸

that pet owners should always intentionally spend time with their pets. I never really thought about it until he said that.
I have cats, and I make sure I play with them for at least half an hour every day. Not just throwing a ball to them, but intentionally really playing with them.
They’re so much happier since we’ve begun this intentional play!!! They also seem much more physically fit because they’re getting exercise.…
I’m sure you and your public get the idea! LOL 😸
