Thank you! I really appreciate you. And I totally get what you mean. The main factor that had me choose MForce is that RR Racing didn’t have a tune when I was looking for one for my Lexus 😄. They only came out with it semi-recently. MForce had already been around for a while and I saw how reliable and fun the tune was from other Lexus owners.
I just bought a 2017 IS 300 Fsport with only 12,500. Yes that’s right. Only 12,500 miles!!! also I am the fourth owner! The three previous owners are all middle-aged rich people in this car was one of many that they owned so they barely drove it. So this thing was babied big time and was just basically broken in by the time I purchased it. I’ve had it for six months now and I just rolled 22,000 miles to it. I haven’t done anything to it yet, but I wanna start on it soon. Any suggestions?
That’s awesome!! Great find. I recommend checking out my “best first mods” video for some ideas. But in general, lowering it slightly and adding some cool wheels would be a great start. 🙂
Hey nice ride quick question about the tansowerkz rcf carbon fiber hood. How does it compare to seibon? Was there any modifications needed to install? And how has it held up over time. Thanks

That exhaust is fire!! I have a 17 is300 awd f sport so it comes with the V6. Will that exhaust still work with my car? because I can’t find any valvetronic ones for the v6 only the 2.0
Thank you!! And no, this only gotta the 4 cylinder models. The exhaust setup is completely different for 4 cylinder and V6 engines. I’m sorry armytrix doesn’t make one for the V6 engines. The company valvetronic may make a system or the valvetronic muffler for your car, but I’m not certain.
Great vid: where did you find the paint for your paint-matched rear diffuser? Thinking of installing this and a side skirt for my is300 in atomic silver. Thanks.
Thank you! I found it on a touch-up paint website: touch up direct. They sell our paint in a pen, can, quart, gallon. Whatever amount you need. I used a can, since I don’t have a gun.
Hey, did you have any significant issues regarding that Tanso werks CF hood fitment? My drivers side does not sit flush with fender. Looks like my hood is open from that side. I have a decent sized strut bar(HPS),looks like maybe it’s hitting it. It’s much wider and more square than the Megan racing one you have. I guess I’m gonna remove that and go from there…Any info helps. Thanks
Hello! The fitment for my hood was pretty spot on. I wouldn’t say it’s 100%, but right about 98%. The strut bar could be hitting it. Mine barely clears it. So, it might be worth removing it temporarily to see if anything changes.
hey man i had a quick question. On the top trim of ur window chrome delete i see that right under it there is a gray trim. was there a reason y u didn’t black that out also?
Hey there! On the top trim, there is much thinner chrome trim than on the bottom trim. Directly below that top chrome trim is rubber, kind of like a rubber seal. It is black, not gray. However, with this Texas sun it might have turned it a little bit “lighter black”😄😄. I could have wrapped over that as well to make it more uniform, but wrapping over rubber isn’t the best idea. Doesn’t stick to nicely. I hope this answers your question and makes sense. I appreciate your support.
Thank you! The tint is ceramic, not 3M though. I believe it’s Prime XR. I have 20% on the front windows, 5% on the rear windows, and nothing on the windshield. I will be getting 35% (ceramic) on the windshield in the near future though! That Texas heat is no joke.🙂
Yes! I am in the Dallas area. I installed all of my lips myself, but I’m sure any reputable body shop could install them for you. Just double check their work afterwards. And the tune I have is installed by M Force remotely. You hop on a call with them and they download your stock file, tune it, then they show you how to redownload it.
Hey Grey 3IS, dope vid and mods, I have 2016 IS300, I clicked on MForce Tune link, but it took me to the taillights page. Can you please provide the correct link? Thank you very much!
Hey there! Thank you🙏 I’m sorry, I wasn’t aware there was an issue with the link. Here’s the proper link for the MForce tune: www.mforce.ca/product/lexus-8ar/
@@PaulCudaIt’s a part that Tanso used to sell, but they don’t anymore. Sometimes you can find some decent ones on eBay. But unfortunately, most of them aren’t the best.
Thank you! You customize it to your liking on their website, then they remotely tune it. You evidently just need a laptop, and they will take over/show you how to do everything. They take a copy of your stock tune, then modify the tune, then get back to you in about three days with the modified tune. They then help you download the tune onto your car. I’m sorry if I make it sound complicated, but it is a fairly easy process.
For some reason, I don't like the digital speed dometer of the fsport but I do like every other thing it has in fsport. I probably get the 2017 is200t without the fsport. But will carefully mod it
Hey man thanks for the tips for mods. I wanna "chrome delete" my 17' is300 f but how much vinyl did you use for yours. I will most likely also get the vinyl from Vvivid.
Hey my man! It depends what you want to delete. I got a 5ftx6ft roll for my window’s chrome and a 5ftx5ft for my front grille chrome. Also, I recommend Tinybot vinyl for doing chrome deletes. Their vinyl is way easier to work with and peels back less over time than vvivid’s.

hey Grey i have a is200t with same a led steering wheel from zencarbonfiber i have installed the actual wheel with all buttons and shifters everything is working fine but i cannot find a way to connect power to the led light i need 12v cannot find anything like that past the clock spring
Hey my man! I totally understand your frustration. I couldn’t figure it out for about 5 months. I’m going to try my best to explain it. If you take off your airbag, there is a bunch of wires coming out of your clock spring from a white connector. There is a bunch of them on the left and a bunch of them on the right, but coming from the same connector. On the left bunch, there is a solid red wire. You might have to cut some of that black wrapping to expose the wires more. But there is only one solid red wire. That’s the one you need to tap into for your 12 V. That 12 V turns on and off with the car. But, that is the power for your backlit steering wheel buttons. So, it will only receive power if you manually turn your headlights stock to DRL or low beams. Other than that, it will only come on automatically at night. But, I kind of like this because I don’t always want my steering wheel LEDs on. Once you connect the red wire coming from the steering wheel to the red wire coming from the clockspring, all you need to do is connect the black wire to the factory ground in the steering wheel. That’s it. You don’t need to mess with the blue wire that comes out of the steering wheel. Once the wires are all done, you just plug the module that he gives you in to your OBD two and it does the rest through Bluetooth. Please feel free to hit me up on Instagram if you have any more questions, I can send you some pictures through there.

What's funny is "cold air" intake system are garbage. If anything, change the filter on your stock enclosed box. Composite materials do much better with heat management than steel. OEM's have gone to great lengths to design these things and the aftermarket typically doesn't have the same level of engineering applied, they are just make things that look flashy.
Thank you for your input! This one allows for the air to be 15° cooler than the stock air box, as tested. Also, my tune is tuned to compensate for the change in air temperature therefore using it to the best of my engine/ ECU’s ability. I understand the eligibility of your statement if this intake didn’t take in cooler air and/or didn’t help with my performance, but thankfully in this case it does. Thank you for your support.🙂

Hello! I’m located in Texas. And yeah, I bet they won’t let you ship to California. You can try shipping to someone out of state, then having them ship it to you. Or maybe make a P.O. box in Arizona and ship it to there, then pick it up 🤷♂️.
@@Grey3IS yeah it’s looking like I’m gonna have to do something like that, they gave me some shipping options I’ll see if I can get it done, if I do I’ll prob make a vid on it myself 👌 thank you !
Beautiful ride, man -- tastefully done. Wow, love those tail lights, especially. I just picked up a 16' IS300 AWD, and looking to squeeze a little more power from it. 255 HP isn't slow, but I wouldn't mind a little more. What made you want to go with the MForce tune instead of the RR Racing tune?

Thanks
Yep, it was the HPS strut bar. That sucks, cause I love the style of this one. Fitment is now, pretty much on point
Hello! The fitment for my hood was pretty spot on. I wouldn’t say it’s 100%, but right about 98%. The strut bar could be hitting it. Mine barely clears it. So, it might be worth removing it temporarily to see if anything changes.
Hi, where did you bougth trims on rear fender from 6:50. Pleas give me a link.
Hello! I actually sell them. Please shoot me a DM on Instagram to order some 🙂.
Is the trunk lexus badge removable with just a heat gun or does it need to be removed from the inside??
Just with a heat gun! It has two guide pins to make sure it’s on there level, but other than that it’s adhesive. 🙂
hey man i had a quick question.

I see you are in texas, are you in the Dallas area? Is there a shop that can install lip kits and do the tune that you know of?
Yes! I am in the Dallas area. I installed all of my lips myself, but I’m sure any reputable body shop could install them for you. Just double check their work afterwards. And the tune I have is installed by M Force remotely. You hop on a call with them and they download your stock file, tune it, then they show you how to redownload it.

Great video brother. Wanted to ask where to get the mforce tune done.
But will carefully mod it
I totally understand. That sounds like a great idea🙌
