Dreamscience Mk4 ST Intercooler fitting guide.

The Dreamscience Stage 1/2 Intercooler has been especially difficult to develop due to the structure and layout of the front of the vehicle.
Our Stage 1/2 Intercooler may look a similar size physically but the swept volume of the DS cooler is far greater than that of the OEM Unit. Its Fin and core design is one of the most efficient available and offers incredible cooling properties. The design prevents pressure drop and allows the turbo to spool extremely efficiently.
During Testing we’ve seen massive reduction in Engine Charge Temps, especially after prolonged period of Wide Open Throttle. Designed to work specifically for the 330bhp DS Ultima+ map currently available on the iMap-E6. This modification when teamed up with the new Velossa Tech BIG Mouth Scoop provides your ST with most efficient cooling system currently on the market.

I live in the US and I have a Ford maverick that I’m upgrading the intercooler this weekend and you have to do the same modification to the shroud. It uses the same clips to hold the intercooler charge pipes and have no idea how to disconnect them . any advice?

In my opinion still a small intercooler

and a fair opinion, but due to the architecture of the front end, this is the largest that we can fit to the car. We've increased the internal volume by over 50% and seen some really good results on the Dyno. :)
