Madam I have been trying all your recipes ,all are good. Yesterday I tried rahi idli , I soaked ragi with ulundu gor 4 hrs, but couldn't get fine texture in grinder as ragi didnt get powdered. I grinded in mixie , morning got beautiful, crispy dosas. Superb recipes mam. Keep posting weight loss recipes like this.❤
Plus 2 cups Ragi plus 1 cup urad and 1 cup rice ,,, grind urad nice and fluffy in grinder as shown in the video ,, you will get fluffy idles like mine ,,
I left the light on the whole night- because it was way too cold outside- so depending on your weather ( room temperature)- adjust the oven light duration
Appadiyum saiyalam- soak 2 cups whole for 4-6 hours along with 1 cup rice then grind it together. grinder la ulundhu first aati yaduthuttu , then grind Ragi and rice together,,,
Did you grind it in grinder or mixie ,,, use mixie for this ,,,grinderla aatina - the batter gets too frothy and airated - it doesn’t turn out well - so use mixie
