It was our second time. Unfortunately we were only using it as a stopoff on our way to Scotland. We will definately go back again.

I’ve been 3 or 4 times and had a great balance between quality fishing well managed and excellent club house. However, my last visit many of the pegs had overgrown, trees overhanging or reeds pushing out into the lakes and unfishable. The focus seemed to be more on the facilities than fishing. Maybe it’s changed recently and they’ve got the balance right again 🤞4 years since my last visit.

The fishing area looked lovely when we were there. However, we are not into fishing so may not have noticed the same issues as you. Hopefully, its all sorted now.
