@@johnr.1592 Yea would be more correct to say the early to mid 2010's is when Flea markets & Thrift stores started pricing their stuff more compared to online since everyone started having smartphones and could check up prices alot easier.
Flea Markets were basically ruined by the social media age, since like 2007 or so (he even says 2006 when talking about cheap nes games in this video).
Ebay killed the flea markets. I used to find hard to find games for cheap until they discovered ebay. The flea market was the place to go to find hidden treasures. Not any more.

I'm going to be so sad when Flea Market Madness ends. It's the series that got me into going to the flea markets and I've got so many great deals over the years as a result and even made some connections. UA-cam just won't be the same without Flea Market Madness once it's over.
Magic Spoon... because they magically spoon over 7 oz of cereal for $10 (+shipping). My childhood nostalgia doesn't involve paying $1.60 for one ounce of food.
Yeah but its not even savings. Savings only applies if you were definitely going to buy something ans got money off. He didn't 'save' anything - he spent $80
Flea market sadness because flea markets just aren't the same, but flea market madness because some day that could change but you won't ever know when that'll be.
Still one of the best shows on the tubes. Thank you Pat! Frank: I know I have the swap meet to go to. But damn there is a sweet six pack in my fridge XD
Pat please don’t stop making these, I love watching them and always have. I know you can’t justify buying much anymore and the fm ain’t what it used to be, but I still enjoy watching you browse and educate me on all the different things you find even if you don’t buy the things. I used to watch FMM during a very dark time in my life and had no money to go deal hunting anywhere but I could sorta live vicariously through you. Sometimes I’d comment to myself “oh that’s a good deal” or “you shoulda bought that one” lol
Years ago, me and my buddy spent so much time looking for laser disc players at flea markets, swap meets and thrift stores to no avail! Super cool that you still sometimes find them in the wild!
Tell Frank we love him. No pressure but he's a part of the channel. That music when you tallied your spoils... I had to see if the Terminator was chasing me.

No. It isn't. Two of the best games on the PS3 are GTAV and TLOU. Two of the best games on the PS4 are GTAV and TLOU. Two of the best games on the PS5 are GTAV and TLOU.
@Bargain Tuesday Sure, they're classics, but none of those first 12 games could be sold as new software today- even the long awaited remaster of FF7 had to be a giveaway on PS plus just a couple months after release. The PS3 is still definitely a modern system with modern games. Think about the evolution in software between the Nes and the N64 or the Snes and the GC. Ps3 to PS5 evolution is laughable by comparison. A 2005 Bugatti Veyron isn't the top end today, but it is not a retro sports car and is still very much modern.

Spotted two Genesis games (Alien Soldier and MUSHA) in the glass case (cart only). I asked how much they were going for, and they said $12.99. KACHINGGG...wait. I asked to look at MUSHA, and it felt a lot lighter than the average Genny cart. Looked on the back and saw that, instead of the printed SEGA logo I saw "16-bit". Then I looked at the two "screws" and saw they were simply plastic decoration. These can be had on Ali Express for something like $3.50 without the packaging. Nope, not getting them.
